Since we live in a time of connecting, communication and changes, I took the freedom to start a facebook group called HEALING HEARTS.
#This open group is created to unite HEALING HEARTS. People who want to make a difference in this world by sending unconditional healing energy to those who need it for various reasons. Illness, depression, bad luck in life,… can all benefit from the free flowing life force that can be send by those who feel the call to do something with it. The abundance of energy is here for us to use it and to direct it to those in need and pain. Together we can generate more and stronger energy. All you have to do is sending your loving, kind and healing thoughts and energies to those who want help.#
I have been wanting to create a group like that for a long time and tonight I figured it was a good time to start it. Close to Halloween night, a time when spirits come through the space/time windows to celebrate with the living. A time that in history people went from door to door offering their prayers in exchange for food or money.
My only goal is to create a group of people who feel the call to make a difference without getting money or honour from it, but just doing something because it is good and meaningful to do. Simple, just simple…
Your friend is on it with his link, I took the freedom to do this since he seems to be open for any help that can make a difference in his situation right now…. and I figured he has little to loose, contrary, hopefully something to win from it. If he feels too much in the open with this, let me know and I remove it.
Anyone who feels an inner call to join this group is more than welcome to do so.
My personal take on the whole facebook thing is that we can use this channel to do something meaningful. Throw away fears about privacy. If you live through your heart there is nothing to fear. I have nothing to hide and even more.. I have nothing to hide, so I have no fear.
October 30, 2011 at 7:22 am #38091wendyParticipantI looked at your friend’s picture and felt that he has a lot of energy surrounding him, being it generated by himself, received by others and/or energies present with him. The feeling is that his lung cells are not able to receive all that energy, which makes totally sense since he has fibrosis. Especially the right top lung part is very dense and radiates towards to right shoulder (right top as in looking down to yourself). So I wonder how to ‘help’ him differently, because there is surely no lack of ‘energy’ but a disability to RECEIVE the energy in the lung cells.
So my focus can be to gently ‘massage’ the alveoli (lung cells)for them to become softer and able to absorb the oxygen better /release the carbon dioxide and meanwhile allow the present energy to heal the cells.
Many small drops in the desert can make a huge lake at the end, so I will add my small drop to his life force, the way I feel it can be of help to him…

…. fire dragons do not like to be talked about in the open, and yes I get the warning…
I asked the sky and earth ones to protect my youngest daughter on her journey today… and acknowledged the fire ones for their message…
May 1, 2011 at 8:07 am #37231wendyParticipantI have a hard time with the arrogance of US and UN.
And on a personal level I very much disagree with the interference in Libia.
I believe that is up to the Libian people to fight their own cause, positive or negative outcome.
What US/UN is doing is taking on ‘karmic’ debt but it seems the old ‘fire’ world is in need of playing their games. OR….In ‘my world’ the fire dragons are having great delight in playing with the ignorant humans, being used as pieces on the chessboard. They love it, it is what they do…
My magicians view is connecting with the fire ones to understand what they are and why they do what they do, and connecting with the earth and sky ones (and others) to understand what they are trying to do and what they need from us as help on the human level.
The fire ones are extremely powerful and have no interest in any responsible communication. They are very much themselves in every way, which is to be admired, well I admire them.
Their destructive nature is in a very strange way ‘beautiful’. They are so full of themselves and they have such deep connection with who they are I ‘like’ them for what they are.
But I do not like the outcome on the human surface, I do not like the pain and sorrow they cause on the human level.
But in my magician world I want to understand them, as they are part of the human psyche, so I want to know them, feel them, be as them to understand them.Anyways I can go on and on about that….but thanks to shed some light on your posting, so I can understand what your Allah has to do with tornado’s in ‘your world’, which is after all a world of many forms and dimensions, where we all need to learn to listen and understand each other…. hopefully one day we can ๐
May 1, 2011 at 6:09 am #37227wendyParticipantI believe some of you guys are on the wrong forum and you still have not figured that out or you just don’t care at all?!!
Seriously guys do you not have any other place to go to, it starts to be pretty boring and slightly annoying.
Unless you can elaborate why Allah is so great in connection to a tornado, I might find some interest in having a DISCUSSION about it.Wendy

This is about healing and loving intention, any alchemist understands the importance of this event and our duty to contribute in a constructive way…

I never took mindfulness trainings myself so I can not speak from experience. Yet my partner Chris and I are into focusing which is very similar, where you go deep inside the body and listen to its voices. The difference is that you express those voices outwardly, so a listener mirrors those voices back. Those voices then feel listened to, like hurt children feeling listened to their stories.
So mindfulness can be very useful in a similar way, the inner voices, the stuck energies are helped into movement by your intentional attention. As for your lower dantian, it takes practice and time, it is like building a house inside yourself. It takes work to build walls. So maybe more focus and patience might be necessary to create your lower dantian.
Use a stopwatch or a beeping watch or a computer clock, let it beep every couple of minutes or half hour or whatever, and focus on your lower dantian, just for a couple of seconds, and move on with your day to day things. But this is the training I suggest to build a house. Your intention and focus will build a storage space. Once it is there it is always there, whenever you put the slightest intention on it the lower dantian responds and fills itself with chi. Very very easy once it is created. As for your floating, hard to say if it was just caused by ungroundedness, could, but don’t worry about it too much.
Just remember to use your whole body in your meditations, do not split yourself.Good luck

Bliss is a momentum that you can have and that can last for a short or longer time yet we also operate in our physical reality. Our bodies want, need and will operate in that pysical reality.
For that taoist practice is very useful, to deal with ‘reality’ in a spiritual way.
Spiritualized reality yet living that reality in an integrated way, being in the world, with the world, co-creating the world.
Being in a blissful state gives realization, the problem might that we get trapped by it and forget the dirt and anger and the pain around us and in us.
For that taoist practice is useful, to transform and keep transforming the dirt and pain around and in us. Our bodies become transformators, we become conducts.
Many other practices have similar techniques to become transformators and conductors. Taoist is just one of them, yet a very integrated one.
Whatever works for you, all that really matters is that we need to keep focus that we are here to serve the ‘world’ and that we keep being part of it to help transform for the better without bias or religious or philosophical fanatism.Keeping an open mind, an open heart and an open belly, that is the dedicated work we have to do…
As for your question about chi:
The upper dantian is good in receiving chi, that is why we can get bliss through meditation on crown or third eye more easily, the lower dantian is good in storing chi that keeps us centered and integrated in the world.
Just focusing on the upper part is denying this world reality and creates a split in us and in the world.
We have to remember never to deny or mistreat a part of our body, or we will deny a part of the world, creating pain and separation. We are one, also within us.Overfocus on one will take love away from another part…
Enjoy your bliss…

WendyMarch 23, 2011 at 5:10 am #36842wendyParticipantMy experience:
The quality of love making is not necessary based on ‘ejaculation’ but the condition of one’s openness of heart and mind to the other.
I can be as deeply touched and crying (good sign Jimikir when she does ๐ when he is not coming or when he is coming, it is depending on the quality of his heart in the moment, the quality of his intention of ‘love’.Chris is 49 and it is important for him we feel that he is not coming every time. It keeps him more vibrant when he is not coming actually. But also the not coming can not be fear based driven! ‘Oh I will loose my mojo when I come’ ‘ she will take my energy and I will be empty’ when things like that happen or even are thought in the minds of the lovers, fear is consuming the spirit and thus it will drain regardless. This is based on ego not on ‘LOVE’.
The quality of his heart is ageless, refines with aging through life experience. Less ego driven like with most younger men, who are still on the battle field of life.
That is why it is so nice to hear younger men talk about ‘love making’ ~ make love no war ~ is what we need very hard. For alchemists (and for any human being) loveless sex is killing the spirits and thus is poison for our soul and thus for the planet and the universe.
You two men sound like sweet butterflies nibbling the waiting blossoms…. wonderful, keep loving like you do, regardless if you come or not, keep your open spirit and keep giving your partners, you will receive back multiplied!
Unaware women can not handle this sort of energy though, so keep in mind that you ‘teach’/help your lover with understanding the deeper dynamic of this, because it brings up deep unresolved emotional issues in women, so it might backfire when she is not practicing or not ‘wanting’ to connect with deep issues.
Love making is also deep healing so it needs deep commitment of both partners to deal with issues under the surface that will arise sooner or later.Success on your paths, it sounds wonderful what you are doing…. and hopeful for the future because we need lovers instead of warriors, badly.
Unfortunately the world is facing another attempt of the old destroying fire, so please, do not engage in any way with this energy of destruction, do not have any ‘opinion’ about pro or con war…. love as blissful as you can…Love to all
WendyMarch 11, 2011 at 6:59 am #36826wendyParticipantBeside other things I did maybe you know 4DIM ?
I was first a student and later on a (guest)teacher in the school of Dirk Oellibrandt. I was one of the early birds taking ‘shin tai’ that developed into his 4 DIM school later on.
I thought chakra therapy and healing tao in his school.March 11, 2011 at 4:04 am #36824wendyParticipantThrough the years I developed my own ‘style’ of bodywork. But roughly it combines elements from chi nei tsang, shiatsu (although I never really push the points), cranio sacral, bone marrow regeneration, Feldenkrais and energywork that can focus on the energy centres and anywhere else on the body, in the energybody or beyond.
Mainly I listen to the body by putting my hands on it and help to restore the rhythm of the body and its natural energy. So I give the body ‘healthy’ feedback for it to go back to its basic natural state.
I never force nor command nor work invasive. I find some types of bodywork and even massages too invasive and while it can provoke deep release I do not believe the body really wants to be in that sort of pain.
It can be discussed that some people are stubborn and extremely holding on to patterns and thus deep work is the way to release. I also learned the deep release approach where clients scream in agony, crying their heart out and yell and kick like an animal.
I have been at both ends of that table, on it and doing it, so I know that place and its(psychologic)dynamic.I moved far away from that type of bodywork. The closest I get to causing pain in the body is in chi nei tsang but even there I try find a balance where the body can go with it instead of having to release in agony.
Just a matter of ‘believe’. Those who like to suffer will find their appropriate therapist;)I am a lover, so my approach is also coming from that place ๐
March 10, 2011 at 6:47 am #36818wendyParticipantSome conditions are very hard to transform all by yourself through practice and food. I am convinced that bodywork is a necessary component of transformation and healing.
I speak from my own experience of getting treatments to help me through blockages and giving treatments. I am both a HT teacher and therapist since 18 years. And the combination is making progress so much faster and deeper.
Energic overheating in the liver and heart is a ‘common’ condition in men, and needs to be guided with care.
Sorry I can not put my hands on you, but maybe you can find someone with enough skills in inner alchemy who can guide you through this difficult matter of excess energy.Wendy
