I’m self-taught ZZ dude too. Warriors of Stillness I&II, Lam Kam Chuen, I bought the Stand Still Be Fit video, etc… Cool stuff–all of it. Wang Xiangzhai was definitely a stud. It’s super high-voltage and can drive you nuts though. Add in a moderate level of jing retention and I get irritated by the practice. It is amazing how powerful it…[Read more]
