I get that and i get the urge to impregnate every hottie walking past. It’s cool fun, and a different experience.
However, it’s fun until it’s not. I get this some scenario with a whole range of different experiences through meditation. When it stops being fun, i stop doing the practices that lead to that experience and find something new to do.

Mmmm but what about the benefits of fear? I think fear can become like a vessel to channel energy into and give it force. One can connect these fears or conditioned thoughts like pipes to reach where they want to reach with confidence.
Engineering is then an expression of fear?
Often i hear all these “bad” things about fear, etc, but I fear…[Read more]

Ok, then i guess your bridge and regulator channels are inside too? do your belt channels overlap the inside MCO and bridge and regulator channels? Does the pressure equalise between the channels so they run a bit like a grid, or do u keep them seperate?

zoose replied to the topic Hay fever – any ideas? in the forum Practice 8 years, 7 months ago
I am a Bowen Therapist and have excellent results with hay fever. Its usually in connection to tension in your head and under your jaw, plus blockages in your SCM muscles either side of your neck that drains fluid out of your head. Usually 3 treatments fixes it, and people report being hayfever free for several years after. Check out ur local…[Read more]

zoose replied to the topic Source of the Inner Smile in the forum Practice 8 years, 9 months ago
I think the source of the smile changes the quality, direction in/out, and flavour of the energy. Different energy does different stuff. The different sources are really only for ideas about energy type to begin with once u know that energy you can manufacture it and you dont need the source any more, it can come from anywhere, it doesn’t…[Read more]

So does the inner smile become a form of letting go?

Then how about growing the feeling of inner virtues? That requires a division of shen mixed with yin, or else the light is white… Growing virtue can not only be neutral shen because it is growing, changing?

Yes i think it is very interesting too. I have come to understand that we all smile differently. Usually when i smile i feel very happy, excited, energetic, not balanced or relaxed. i have a big smile on my face, yet it doesnt fit with the old saying it takes less muscles to smile than frown, i feel like i use alot of muscle to smile in my face.…[Read more]

Recently I have become more interested in this grounding and practicing it more thoroughly because it has always been a weak spot of mine. Here are some of my ideas that may help:
1. Different techniques work better for different people. Sitting at imagining roots coming out of my feet doesn’t seem to work for me, mainly because it is a…[Read more]

I get this too. Alcohol makes it worse. It is liver bullying heart and spleen. Try liver cooling foods or lemon juice in water every day. Dont eat fatty stuff or too much meat. Chilli helps. Spend plenty of time on spleen heart and liver with healing sounds.

Yeah that is a good video. I think that warning is good. It’s like anything, one’s body adapts. Some tradespeople get big and strong, and the blood is pumped through these big muscles via the work they do. When they stop working, the muscles are too tight and big that the blood can’t work it’s way through and they feel pain / chi stagnation.…[Read more]

I’ve found moving energy from the torso into the arms/legs tends to have a relaxing/grounding effect. Bone breathing seems to allow the chi to move more freely through the arms and make it easier to discharge chi from the torso.
What would you say about bone breathing Steven? I haven’t done a lot of it so don’t know the real benefits apart…[Read more]
