Our baby Emerald’s Death & Rebirth

 

Emerald was born on a Yang Fire Dog day (= element that controls the
personality) in a Yin Water Snake year (= element that controls Earth Qi
field for one year), so he has a very alchemical fire-water nature.
Emerald is a crystal (earth element), so the name vibrationally helps
stabilize alchemical fire-water volatility.

High Cheyenne Council of 44. He convinced them peace, not war, was the

Emerald has both Cheyenne and Cherokee blood. His middle name is
Ochinee (oak-a-knee), named after his great great grandfather, a famous
Cheyenne chief who was the subject of five Hollywood movies (most
famous: Dustin Hoffman’s Little Big Man,
1970). Ochinee means “Lone Bear”; his nickname One Eye. He negotiated a
peace settlement with the U.S. cavalry as settlers invaded their
southern Colorado hunting grounds.

On Nov. 29, 1864, the U.S. cavalry betrayed this peace agreement at the
Sand Creek Massacre, a dark day in U.S. history. They ambushed and
killed 160 Cheyenne, two-thirds of them women and children. The braves
had already turned in their rifles to the cavalry. It was directed by an
evil and cowardly Lt. Colonel, eager to make a name for himself as an
Indian killer. The Cheyenne were even flying the American flag over
their teepees! During the massacre, Ochinee escaped. Realizing most of
his people were being killed, he returned to fight and was killed
himself.

Is there karmic work for Emerald and I to complete together on the issue of betrayal?

Ochinee’s 15 year old daughter Amache escaped the massacre as she had
earlier married a white settler (and was held under house arrest to
prevent her from warning her tribe). Amache bore ten children; one gave
birth to Jem’s grandmother Miona. We plan to take Emerald to visit
Amache’s grave (a national historic site) in Las Animas, Colorado this
August. Amache was good friends with Kit Carson, the famous scout who
lived in Las Animas.

Jem and I consciously conceived Emerald
using very deep Tao alchemical methods of aligning  and communicating
with the heart of this Cosmos, in order to create a clear pathway for
his birth. We infused our hearts with the presence of Tai Yi (lit.
“Great Oneness”), the Being of the Central Sun and source of all love
and unity in this cosmos. Think of Tai Yi as the Cosmic Egg before it
cracked open. We were in close touch with Emerald’s oversoul (da shen)
and soul (ling), and we consulted with him constantly before and during
the pregnancy. He guided us as to the best time to conceive him.

We had initially called Emerald in during our honeymoon raft trip down the Grand Canyon in Septemer 2012. (see https://healingtaousa.com/cgi-bin/articles.pl?rm=mode2&articleid=153
for photos). We made love in a pool beneath a waterfall in a
sidecanyon. Jem felt pregnant. My sister and I both felt Emerald’s
powerful presence for ten days in the Canyon. We thought, this is it!

Then Emerald abruptly left. He later told
me that there was too much evil Qi involving Betrayal attacking my
field that I had to clear first. I increased my efforts to heal that
situation within the wider Healing Tao community. I encountered intense
resistance – I discovered no one wants to deal with shadow issues if
they can find some excuse to avoid it. Nonetheless, my efforts seemed to
disperse the dark Qi field.

Eventually I asked Emerald to give me a
new preferred date of conception. Emerald’s reply was very specific:
during the Water Snake year, in April 2013.

                    What exactly is Conscious Conception?

I’d like to be clear that this kind of
inner plane communication I had with Emerald (or his oversoul) is not
channeling. It is direct vibrational communication between embodied and
dis-embodied beings, on equal terms, with no intermediary. It is a skill
that developed naturally as my Inner Sage matured as a result of deep
self-cultivation using qigong and neidan gong (alchemy) methods. I
discovered it also assists soul-to-soul communication between living
humans, bypassing the level of personality, which is often filled with
resistance and fear.

For 64 days prior to the new conception
day in April 2013 on which Jem would be fertile, I did special
alchemical meditations and qigong daily to super charge my sperm. 64 to
72 days is the time it takes for a single sperm to mature (note synergy
of 64 being a complete cycle of I Ching hexagram changes). There are
hundreds of millions of sperm maturing and dying constantly. Jem also
did daily practices to charge up her egg that was ripening that month.

We suffused both sperm and egg with the
frequency of Original Breath (yuan Qi) and the impersonal field of Pure
Love as it first emanates from Source/Tao. This is a meditation practice
of merging one personal essence into Tai Yi, from One Cloud’s Congress
of Heaven & Earth alchemy formula. All souls are birthed from the
Pure Love field of Tai Yi, but are eventually split or polarized into
the slower vibration (closer to matter) of Conditional-Unconditional
Love. We wanted to stabilize the highest vibration possible for Emerald,
to create the potential for his having a high spiritual destiny.

We believe the Way of Conscious
Conception is a co-creative process with the Tao. Most children are
UN-consciously conceived, by accident or without clear alignment with
Source. Jem and I felt our Way as conceiving parents was to:

1) clear ancestral resistance as best we could, 

2) hold a very pure, loving and wide-open
CONSCIOUS pathway for Emerald’s soul to vibrationally travel from
Source through multiple dimensions (aka Oversoul) before crystallizing
into a human body.

3) view conscious conception as the
highest possible service a male-female couple can offer to humanity and
to the Tao. It requires a high level of human love and creative free
will to consciously transform spirit into body.

                    Anastasia: Conscious Conception & The Space of Love

If you want to further explore the idea
of Concscious Conception and its unique “Space of Love” more fully, I
recommend you read the 9 volume novel called Anastasia by Russian writer
Vladimir Megre. Its easy, fun reading, filled with spiritual jewels.
You can skip the occasional long polemics on Russian politics and his
call to make the earth element – Mother Russia (small farms) – the
center of the Russian economy. Gardeners will love his esoteric tips for
enhancing communication with plants.

It’s about the origins of the original
Vedic culture in the Ukraine, based on fascinating archeological
research, before Rus-Ved migrated and became Indian Veda. But the story
centers around a beautiful female adept living naked in the Siberian
wilderness. She communicates telepathically with the animals and is
supported by all the forest elementals. This idea of living in direct
innocence within Nature is really more Taoist than Vedic. I am reminded
of the Hairy Woman of Mt. Hua, captured in the wild by imperial troops.
It was determined she was over 200 years old, despite her youthful body
covered with long hair. As soon as she was forced to eat regular food,
she aged and died.

Megre cleverly blurs the line between fiction and non-fiction as he identifies a twofold purpose behind Conscious Conception:

1. Conscious Conception strengthens the
human ability to combine feeling + imagination to fill the “void” of
creation with the Space of Love rather than fiilling it with unconscious
fantasies, mostly fearful. We are mostly born as offspring of
UN-conscious conception. Raised by unconscious parents, and taught
falsehoods that we are not responsible for. But once we awaken to inner
truth, we ARE responsonsible for cause and effect, and incur karmic
response.

2. Conscious Conception populates the earth with embodied souls capable
of holding a higher vibration and light frequency in their Energy Body.

Vladimir Megre the novelist claims he
fathered a child with Anastasia, his character, that leads to his
spiritual awakening. The series has created a storm of controversy in
Russia as to whether it’s fact or fiction.

                                Emerald’s Moment of Conscious Conception

On the conception day in April 2013
chosen by Emerald, we did two hours of powerful qigong ceremonies,
including Wuji Gong and Shamanic 7 Star Big Dipper Qigong. We further
intensified our intent with alchemical meditations before joining our
super-charged seed and egg in sexual love. We invited in Lao Tzu and
Doumu (Primordial Tao Mother) and Isis (high Atlantean female adept) to
be Emerald’s guides.

with wisdom.  R: Emerald has a curious indentation and swelling at the
level of his Third Eye, and Lao Tzu was invoked as his guide. We are
curious to see if this physical marking proves to be an indication of
some spiritual gift.

I tracked the journey of my A-team of
super-swimming sperm within Jem’s yoni and into her uterus. I directed
them (energetically) to spiral patiently in a vortex with their tails
wiggling in excitement in the Emerald Pool at the bottom of Jem’s
fallopian tube, untl their appointed meeting with Jem’s Emerald Egg.
Scientists have documented with amazing photographic tools that it takes
a whole team of male sperm to impregnate an egg. The sperm-team
surround the egg, get it spinning rapidly, and within that vortex one of
them penetrates into the nucleus of the egg. In that instant, I believe
the soul enters.

    

It takes a whole village of sperm to
fulfill a single egg’s desire to embody. The RNA dominance of the mother
‘s egg documented by Western science is similar to Taoist focus on
“jing”, the substance of our body formed as shen (spirit) and Qi (subtle
breath) congeal into form.

Bottom line: Jem got pregnant on our
single try on the day chosen by Emerald, surrounded by love and light
from the entire Cosmos. Couples trying to get pregnant may be
overlooking the importance of creating alignment and having a clear,
conscious pathway for the soul between source and womb. I believe it
overrides other factors – if the soul truly wants in, it will follow
this path and overcome obstacles like low sperm count or if the woman is
suffering from “cold qi” in the womb.

Let’s revisit Emerald’s birth process in
January, 2014. Emerald had made it clear s/he wanted to be born in our
home, not in a hospital, and did not want any medical interventions such
as ultra sound. S/he did not want its gender revealed in advance. We
did not consult a single doctor, only skilled midwives.

The long labor process was exhausting
Jem. It is past midnight. Jem gets in the tub and with the midwife’s
guidance, realizes she must “let the pressure build” for the birth to
progress. She had been using her high level qigong skills to ground the
uterine waves. But the waves needed to be focused on her cervix, not
re-directed into the earth. (Qigong mothers-to-be, take note!). That shift immediately triggered the final phase of the birthing process.

When the midwife wiggled Emerald’s
shoulder free and announced there was no heartbeat, I was in shock and
denial. He appeared lifeless, but I simply could not believe it was
Emerald’s fate to die at birth. This moment was eight years in the
making. Only in hindsight can I suspect Emerald’s direct hand in dying
and rebirthing himself – to make an alchemical statement about how easy
it is to cross back and forth between life and death. It is the same
message the NDE (Near Death Experience) crowd is offering.

                     The Thin LIne between Life and Death

Viewing Emerald’s lifeless body at his
birth also evoked memories of my sister, whose child mysteriously died
at birth. I felt helpless, like I was watching the wrong movie. How
could Emerald die at birth, cast in a tragedy I hadn’t created?

But Jem felt no fear at that moment. In her own words:

“I felt completely calm once he was in my arms, even silent and limp as
he was at first. I had sung to him so much in my belly, it was natural
to sing to him in that moment. My heart opened into my voice, with total
love and trust. There was no question in my mind that he would be just
fine. He simply needed to be held and bathed in love after that long
journey. It was definitely the most powerful moment of my life. And I’m
so grateful to have been at home with our awesome midwife, where such
gentleness was possible!”

Jem’s sense of calm in singing Emerald
back from the brink of death was aided by an article she had read of an
Australian couple, whose 27 week old preemie was pronounced dead. The
mother held and talked to her baby’s body for two hours. The infant
slowly came back to life, despite the assurances of doctors that the
baby’s movements were just a “post mortem muscle reflex”. (See TV

Jem had been singing to Emerald daily in
her womb throughout her pregnancy. I believe that her inspiration to
sing to Emerald in this moment penetrated to his soul — that her
powerful heart song called Emerald back into his body, re-igniting his
soul spark’s will to embody.

                   Drawing the Veil between Death (Spirit) and Life (Body)

Emerald technically had a Near Death
Experience (NDE). We cannot know for sure, but I feel the life-death
shape-shifting wasn’t a big deal for Emerald, the way it is for adults
who have NDE’s and write best-selling books about it. Those adults are
often filled with standard cultural fears about death and prior to their
NDE had been programmed by fear-of-God judgements embedded in most Big
Religion. The NDE is their liberation from those fears.

Emerald at birth was mostly still in a pre-natal state, which is
largely unprogrammed by cultural fear.  He was still “half-way” in the
spirit world, the natural state for a foetus in the womb. All during
pregnancy I felt able to track the shifts in Emerald’s progress as he
alchemically transmuted from spirit into body. I had a totally clear
communication with Emerald, and energetically felt myself going through
many of the changes Jem experienced in her body.

But during the birthing process, I lost contact with Emerald. It was like a radio that suddenly went dead.

I believe that sometime during labor and
birth was the moment the infamous “veil” was drawn between Emerald’s
soul and his body-mind. The signal went dead so that Emerald could focus
100% on shifting fully into a physical body and his own individual
worldly destiny. A foetus has to work hard to get through the birth
canal and out of the mother’s body, there is little room for distracting
side discussions.

This Drawing of the Veil is an
ancient collective rite of passage for all humans entering the physical
plane. It provides a necessary sense of separation from our own soul
spark and the unified field from which we all arise. It is what causes
us to become spiritual seekers and to seek change. Separation powers our
hunger to re-ignite our soul spark, whose light and vibration can then
guide us back to Source.

“Returning to the Tao” is what drives all
spiritual work. It is the dominant theme of the Tao Te Ching and other
classical Taoist scriptures.  We are intentionally split from spirit
into matter, and again split into male and female bodies.

After the Veil is drawn, we wake up in a
tiny body that we don’t know how to operate. We are left to figure out
everything from scratch – why are we split from spirit, why are we male
or female? Our memory of Source has effectively been wiped out. Yet it
is the Veil that keeps the process of human creativity fresh and vital.
Our ignorance is our bliss.

Joyce Gayheart’s story is entwined with
Emerald’s in ways that I think readers will find instructive. Very long
term readers will recall that at her death in 2008, my wife of 25 years
transplanted her heart spirit into mine, so we could complete our
spiritual marriage on the inner planes. The union completely elilminated
any feeling of grief in me. On the advice of the I Ching, I created an
internal “ancestor altar” for her in the inner space of my physical
heart.

This heart transplant initiated an
incredible spiritual journey for me. It was like having a “red hotline
phone” to Heaven. I was living two parallel lives – my ordinary physical
life and an intensified inner life with its own cast of astral plane
characters. It’s what multi-dimensional living is all about. I can
assure you it is amazing, but it is not always easy or fun. It’s like
working two jobs at once. Even if you love both jobs it is a lot of
challenging work.

Emerald’s birth was part of Joyce’s soul
completion. The short story: I believe Joyce’s oversoul cut a deal with
her soul. They created a timeline and empowered it – a timeline in which
Joyce dies of a brain tumor, freeing Michael to have the child Joyce
wanted badly. but that Michael refused to have with her. But because of
Michael and Joyce’s deep multi-dimensional relationship resulting from
25 years of Taoist cultivation together, Michael’s joy in parenting
Emerald is also Joyce’s. Emerald’s birth thus completes her soul desire
even though Joyce has already died physically.

Desire for completion is what drives evolution, in all dimensions of existence.

Joyce was functionally an ancestor in my
family. You can see why ancestral influences – essentially the
incompletions of our parents and grandparents – are so complicated in
everyone’s life and especially influential in birthing children.
Newborns are the natural target for ancestors hoping to get completion.
This is deeply acknowledged in China, much less so in the West. Western
genetic science fails to see that DNA is a carrier of “living intent” by
ancestors, not just random selection.

Ironically, in creating a conscious
conception pathway with Jem for Emerald, I  realized I had to “divorce”
Joyce on the inner planes to clear my psychic Space of Love with Jem.
Jem and i have plenty of bloodline ancestors to deal with, without
having a third wheel mediating things.

Joyce’s spirit had to accept this
divorce. Human free will cannot be violated by spirit or ancestors — we
living humans need to learn our own lessons. If we are clear, the
lessons will be on our terms.

I was atop Mt  Changbai in China in
August 2013, the volcanic lake-mountain at the root of my Taoist
lineage. Jem was 4 months pregnant with Emerald. Joyce suddenly appeared
to me atop Mt. Changbai and asked my permission to “get completion”
from Emerald’s birth, promising to support his highest destiny. I
readily agreed.

Joyce’s Spirit Body again visually
materialized in my home three weeks before Emerald’s birth — to remind
that Heaven was blessing this child. So far the promise has been kept,
although I had my doubts when he was born with no heartbeat.

 It will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Despite his frail start at birth, he quickly recovered to become drunk
on the milk of life – a continuous growth spurt marked by a healthy
surplus of baby fat.

For over 30 years I’d been re-cycling the essence of my sperm, rather than ejaculating it. I’d
only ejaculated a few times in three decades (mostly out of curiosity).
This injaculation practice was the centerpiece of the book I wrote in
1984 that propelled my co-author Mantak Chia to fame: Taoist Secrets of Love: Cultivating Male Sexual Energy.  That book was later re-written as The Multi-Orgasmic Man.
Even today, the injaculation practice is controversial – some claim it
suppresses orgasmic pleasure. Others are concerned their sperm count
will become weak. My experience is that neither is true.

Emerald demonstrated an ability to
rejuvenate himself quickly after dying. After birth he grew an extremely
healthy body that was in the 100th percentile of all babies for weight
gain and height. I believe his health and power was due in part to a
healthy mother, and in equal part to a healthy father –  to my Taoist
sexual energy cultivation practice.

One’s “chronological age” is irrelevant as a health marker – it’s your
“biological age” that matters in birthing a healthy child. The father of
Confucius was 72 years old. The Chinese believe that older fathers can
impart greater spiritual wisdom to their children.

One reader tried to warn me about science studies that suggested I was
risking having a retarded child by fathering a child at my age (age 62
at time of conception). I looked at those science studies and the
details tell a different story. It is aging people with BROKEN DNA that
are at risk.

What breaks DNA? Poor diet, poor exercise, smoking, drinking, drugs
(prescription included). If you are doing a lot of qigong and inner
alchemy meditation, you are re-freshing your DNA daily, and recharging
your RNA – your functional supply of daily energy. Tao is the path of
rejuvenation, abundance of Qi is the true inexhaustible Fountain of
Youth. I have already enrolled Emerald in my 150 Club, he is it’s
youngest member. 🙂

     
I look at photos and read accounts of neo-tantrics in California who
have been using frequent ejaculatory sex as their path for decades. They
do NOT recycle their sperm. They may be happy, but they are grey-haired
and wrinkle-faced – in Chinese medicine, obvious signs of depletion at
the constitutional level. They admit sex has lost much of its passion.
Taoists call this loss of jing. Sperm is jing Qi,
a specially potent kind of sexualized essence. When you ejaculate
frequently, Taoist tradition (and Chinese medicine) holds that it
weakens you.

I know many California neo-Tantrics pooh-pooh this idea, and just go
for maximum pleasure. They may be maximizing their external physical
pleasure and freeing themselves from some psychological or sexual
hangups, but it is is certainly not rejuvenating them physically.

I believe our soul wants a strong body
through which it can express itself. That requires self-discipline and
smart management of our Energy Body. That’s why I teach the Tao of Whole
Body Enlightenment. When the body is weak, the soul’s desire to
continue creating a destiny draws to an end. Without a body, the soul
cannot generate meaning.

I now understand more clearly the Secret Life of Babies, and why people
love to hold them. And why women can get ‘baby fever”, the addiction to
having them (my mother had seven of us). It is the natural path of
female inner alchemy, the Way of accelerating the transmutation of
spirit into body. It is the cleanest “refresh” button available to
humanity.

This secret life has to do with the amount of Original Breath, or Yuan
Qi, flowing through infants during pregnancy and after birth. This is
exactly the same Yuan Qi that the highest level Taoist alchemists seek
to cultivate within their adult body-minds. But babies just “have it”
effortlessly, in abundance, overflowing from them to everyone and
everything around them. The first time I did Qigong in my Crystal Stone
Circle with Emerald wrapped close to my heart, I was amazed at how the
mountains and forests around me quickly expanded their energy field to a
huge size to accomodate the purity of Emerald’s Qi field.

I notice that Emerald is slowly getting polarized, and each day
converting some of his “I’m swimming in an undifferentiated ocean of
Original Qi” feeling into firm focus on material forms, shapes, colors,
bodies, and individual souls. He is attuning his (circadian) bio-rhythms
to the polar cycles of day and night (thank god, he sleeps longer).
This is the trade off as we age. Can we have our cake and eat it too?
Can we accumulate adult wisdom and skill, and still keep our inner core
channel wide open to Original Qi, like a baby? That is the challenge. It
is why I practice and teach qigong and neidangong.
   

Many people are not skilled enough energetically to detect Yuan Qi –
they simply know they “feel good” when they hug a baby. They are
subconsciously reminded of their own original nature, that has been
dispersed and lost in most adults. Hugging a child awakens their own
Inner Child.

I watch Emerald shift from ecstatic laughter to tears in an instant. I
am reminded of the degree to which as an adult I have lost some of my
power of spontaneity through an excess of adult skill. I’m grateful to
Emerald for refreshing my vision of the Way, its immediacy and
freshness.

Here’s a succinct statement of the spiritual importance that children bring to human life:

Children cultivate the vibration of
love on a level that often transcends adult comprehension. They are
closer to source- and for this reason- “they” and not “we” are the
teachers. From imaginary friends to powers of precognition, children
remind us of what is beyond physicality. And it’s best to stay connected
with the “inner-child” -the part of you that has no bias, no prejudice
and can remain free of the trappings and underpinnings of societal
expectations. It’s that part of you that will stop to smell the flowers,
play in a meadow rain and delight in the wonder of things. Children are

The amount of literature facing prospective parents is bewildering. Here are my top 5 recommendations:

1. Brighton Baby: A Revolutionary Organic Approach to Having an Extraordinary Child. by Roy Dittman. 2012. 1030 pages. www.brightonbaby.com has hard and ebook versions.

This is the most practical manual to get. I’d get the hard copy. A
comprehensive, organic approach to preventing autism, ADD, and birth
defects before conception, while naturally boosting fertility. Roy
Dittmann, OMD, MH exposes the dangers of conceiving in our toxic world
and focuses couples on how to prepare body, mind, and spirit for the
moment of conception. Dittman integrates Taoist/Chinese Medicine,
Ayurveda, and Western scientific nutritional approaches to parents
building up their own health in order to have healthy children.
Interesting insights into why older couples often have healthier babies
than younger couples.
I know Dittman personally; he is on the cutting edge of integrating
science and spiritual practice. He plans to incorporate qigong methods
into future editions. He has video modules available as well.

2. Gentle Birth, Gentle Mothering: A Doctor’s Guide to Natural Childbirth and Gentle Early Parenting Choices. by Sarah Buckley. 2009

Buckley is an OB/GYN who had four children by homebirth (rather than
the hospital where she worked!). She brilliantly demolishes the bad
science and male doctor myths surrounding Western hospital birthing
practices. If you want the hard science to back up the safety of your
natural childbirth decisions, read this book. She digs deep into the
underbelly of the science studies, and evaluates birthing practices
internationally. Her home birth stories inspire confidence, and she goes
deep into attachment parenting theory and practice.

3. Windows to the Womb: Revealing the Conscious Baby from Conception to Birth. by David Chamberlain. 2013

Read this book to get the latest science in clear layman’s language on
advances in  understanding foetal consciousness, starting at the
cellular memory that is present from Day 1 of conception. Forget the
“blank slate” embryo theory of decades past; the embryo in your womb is
highly intelligent and functional. This book confirms ancient Chinese
theory that when we are born, we have already lived one year (the
Chinese count the birth as year 1 birthday).

4. Any books by Michel Odent. French OB/GYN
who realized while observing thousands of births that the best that
doctors can do is NOT interfere in nature’s perfect methods of pregnancy
and child-bearing. These books are highly philosophical, studded with a
lifetime of observations and brilliant but accessible and enjoyable

5. Ideal Birth, by Sondra Ray. 1985.

Sondra Ray is famous for her rebirthing and affirmation work. This book
is spiritually inspiring even though now outdated – she documents the
first water births in the USA, and has interviews with mothers doing
home births. She’s great on helping parents to hold clear intentions and
be free from negative programming and expectations.

There are lots of other good books by very hip and smart mothers. I’m not claiming my list is complete.

We’ve got a new teacher this year, famous author and creativity expert Michael Gelb.
He is a long time qigong enthusiast and teacher. He has embedded his
deep knowledge into a special qigong form — Da Vinci Creativity Qigong
— that breaks new ground. His new book includes a section by me on
using the Inner Smile to tap into one’s creative potential. Michael is a
terrific addition to our faculty and I urge you to explore his novel
perspectives on ancient methods of self-cultivation.

In addition we have a new multi-level Tai Chi Qigong retreat with Steven Sy
never before offered. This is a short form, easy to learn (only 13
movements), but very grounded and very powerful for health or
self-defense.

Minke de Vos is one of the best Medical Qigong
teachers in America, and has synthesized many different systems together
over her 30+ years in the Tao. Her Healing Love: Taoists Sexual Secrets
co-taught with Michael Winn is a perennial favorito.

Andrew McCart‘s Tao Yin (Chinese yoga) will open any
practitioner of any yogic style to new depths and power of Qi flow. He
teams up with Steven Sy for a highly praised Fusion 1 & Iron Shirt 1
course, and teaches the higher levels of both practices as well.

Jampa Stewart is one of the most advanced Chi Nei
Tsang teachers and teaches both levels 1 and 2 back to back. This is an
