Had an amazing session of 5 Animals this morning, did a first round of expressing emotions expelling black smoke, 9 breaths each animal. Then did a second round filling with the vitality of the animal and embodying it through movement.
In the first round I totally let go and out poured screams rage sadness …. many things I don’t even know, much of it childhood trauma, baby screams and so on. I put myself on some wasteground near here, a couple of people walked through and left !!!
It was very loud, but that’s what is inside me – maybe inside many people. The softly softly approach is really negative. Our species is so repressed and fake. Either with “have a nice day” fake smiles, or keeping everything buried inside. Burst it out, it is poison inside.
I feel the goal is to be soft and melting in the body, relaxing and then the screams just flow out … to become an open channel of expression, widening and widening, flowing more and more cleanly, until the whole-body is screaming crying or dancing.
It was really good.
