Here is the collection of images I am using when doing the 5 animals /6 healing sounds practice, that I do sitting without moving, more meditatively. I use a program called XnView which allows you to create a slideshow of images that you can activate with one click.
I use the picture of the Yellow Emperor to draw the energies into the Tan Tien or SP or Heart after the cycle, and the Triple Warmer Sound can be done with the picture of Laozi resting down in the forest.
Perhaps it is of use to somebody.
Fire & Water Alternating Montage
One further thing you can do with XnView is create a slideshow of 2 images (water and fire) and put in on a timer and it will alternate, allowing you to do Fire&Water practice. I have mine on 14sec, inhale water, exhale fire.
I am wondering if it is possible to also do Metal / Wood practice as I have a lot of anger, I am not sure what effect that might have. Will try later. Then do Earth at the end somehow drawing in with the picture of the Yellow Emperor.
