I know its probably brothers more than sisters out there, who am I kidding…lol, but I guess I appeal to the dual aspects in you all.
I find great value in grounding myself in the first formula of One Cloud on a daily basis. It is the preparation offered to open the body to the Kan and Li levels and I have practiced long enough and been exposed to the broader range of possibilities, to feel this as true and of value.
I practice each and every day and have breakthroughs in understanding, mostly on a chi and shen level that, like an onion adds on to my maturity as a practitioner. I have gathered one or two people I have met at Michael’s workshops who are on this same wavelength– wanting to create time for practice, always needing inspiration, and also an avenue for expression of the joys of training–also the blocks that arise.
If we were in a dojo of sorts, we might be sharing technical hints and simple yet profound realizations that arise directly from our practice that might just alter the way our bro/sis approaches their own life practice.
I joined this group wanting to find a place to witness and be witnessed, and it is hit or miss as the range of discussion is broad. That is the nature of this medium.
If there are any of you however, who would like to be part of a smaller group of chi buddies who exchange via e-mail on experiences directly rising from the intention to train in the first formula and all of its crystalline facets, let me know at meherbaba@comcast.net thanks, beginner
