I meant to ask, when convenient, about the energy shaking or oscillating (pulsing), with this path. Im a slow learner perhaps but I was not really aware that a practice like 5 animals would produce so much to-fro motion and agitation in the organ/area. Now Im more aware of it Im allowing more time for things to stabilize before moving on with the next part of the exercise. If this is not done that volatile catalyzed energy can burst out later as a manifestation of old stress or whatever the imbalance is about. I wonder if others are sufficiently aware of this need for stabilizing and integration time. Could be very off-putting for someone not anticipating the experience. Applies of course all the way up fusion at all stages. Sometimes it seems the practice is not appropriate and the degree of internal energy movement serves to warn against pushing too hard at that time.
Comments, M, anyone?
Thanks,
R
