After two years of Greater Kan and Li, it’s difficult to question..
the warmth of solar energy and coolness of mist water rain moon DEFINITELY has the same general effect every time..
dreams, visions, “sensible” encounters with those within a dream space that augment daily life..
deep rest and peace (like a power nap)
But what about this planet thing in greatest kan and li? does anyone else have issues with it?
I have just been projecting my mind like a flashlight off into deep space and “pretending” those elements are out there….
venus really is tough to reconcile.. i think i will start emphasizing organs before doing this.. it seems so questionable
greater kan and li and shen sealing work great, but greatest seems like an oddball to the bunch..
any thoughts?
whenever I do the cranial elements they work/spin etc and corroberate other systems I’ve worked with, same thing for the sun moon chi.. but this planet thing is like a big oddballl in the middle..
I cannot say what the reliable results from shen sealing are.. doing these fields in the head seems to open up the root of the tailbone really well and makes sun/moon easier..
last night and tonight the sealing shen exercises have been phenomenol! anyone else getting powerful reponse?

I suggest you stop focusing on the planets – that is the fusion aspect of the practice, and you likely need more grounding before you shen allow their frequencies in, which might over power you.
Try focusing on the vertical integration of the inner sun- inner saturn – inner earth.
