I am havign serious issues with my star alchemy/sealing the senses and atlas bone. Are therea any qigongs I can do to fix this? What are the indications on this point in regard to taoist internal alchemy?
Should I go to a chiropracter or cranio sacral? Or?

A cranio sacral therapist should be able to easily release the atlas/axis bones. I noticed my vision, clarity of thought, and sense of smell improve when mine was released. It wouldn’t hurt to do positional release on the neck to free up the entire area.
I live in Michigan if you live in the area I would do it for nothing. The atlas/axis usually takes 2-3 mins to release, and neck releases can go for about 10-13 mins for one session.

I would like to suggest that you look at the root of the situation while you do whatever therapy you feel is best (the cranio-sacral idea is a good one).
All our work here is based on embodying. That is, coming into our bodies more and more fully. Everytime we do some new work on ourselves, like use a new technique, we open ourselves to a new level of entering our bodies. This means we will have to release whatever fear and resistance we have at that level and allow the lifeforce to move more freely. So I would suggest you pay close attention to whatever you are feeling and do a lot of allowing. View it as a good thing not a problem and see that it is giving you the opportunity to be more connected by seeing where you aren’t yet. Use your breathng to release the energies and smile into the whole thing. See how well you can let it/yourself flow into the earth.

I did think of this cranio-sacral idea, that is a good idea.
Also, what Alexander suggests is wise too, I have been working on this. Interestingly, the Awaken Heaking Light book has a lot of information about the Jade Pillow and its subtle energetics. I understand it is also related to the bladder meridian, which might explain something too (I havent had time to really practice my kan and li much recently…) and I have also read that the bladder meridian is the Kundalini force!? Pretty interesting how we can learn so much from illnesses, as long asit goes away I will be happy…I just need to destress. Good idea to see it as a good thing though–gotta reconnect with the Earth fo sho.
