For info; link below related to prostate massage for health. Mr Chia has YouTube video interview with Lilou Mace talking about using finger to massage prostate and advocates it strongly it seems. This product claims to do similar. Of course practitioners of Taoist yoga do all other practices as appropriate including internal chi breathing, allowing chi to pull up perineum. I had a high PSA reading a few months ago, set up another test for month ahead, did lots (even more than usual) of chi kung, retest showed back to normal (obseve doctors raied eyebrow mudra) . So it has been an agenda item and found this product. I think, felt, the high reading was caused by some forced sitting practice (raining energy like yoga mudra) causing rampant energy surges for a while and stressing lower, ie prostate area. This settled down with more attention to basic practices including orbits and body-based neidan (fusion 1 2 3). Those bridge and regular channel parts of fusion 3 are amazing; work continues of course. When you start protecting the work with these methods many things come up – especially very old habits based on lack of dignity (hence allowing others to control)etc. The higher work needs these foundations to be corrected. Chi kung alone can just ramp up power struggles around these dynamics and so the need for refinement and transformation via orbits and fusion becomes essential. All in the coursework I know but the application for each person has its own emphasis and development.
I was just at a live workshop with M. Chia, and he had an endocrinologist/urologist/hormone doctor give several long talks. Ironically, one of the items he strongly recommended that men buy and use (to remedy and prevent prostate issues), is this Aneros device.
I’ve never used it myself, so I can’t specifically recommend. But I suspect it is likely beneficial for male prostate health. Prostate enlargement and prostate cancer don’t sound like a fun experience, so this might indeed be worth getting.
