Hello Everyone
I have just read the above book and I am beginning to practice the excercises. There are a number of things in the book that are unclear to me and if some of you could shed some light I would be grateful.
1.In exercise 6 (separating orgasm from ejaculation)the object appears to be to experience the contractile phase without ejaculation. I cannot do this yet. Am I correct in thinking that I will be able to if I continue to practice? Would someone who has mastered this really be able to have one or more contractile phase orgasms during intercourse?
2.Excercise 8 (the big draw). The instuctions are clear,however throughout the book the big draw seems to be equated with orgasm,ie by performing a big draw a man has an orgasm. Are they one and the same thing? Should a big draw feel like an orgasm?In addition the contractile phase orgasms are not mentioned after excercise 6 or in the dual cultivation section. Are they dispensed with when the big draw is mastered? If so why practice them?
3. Is it really possible to reach the contractile phase orgasm during intercourse and then use the big draw to prevent ejaculation and then repeat the process? At what point does the big draw have to be used? Is it really a method of having multiple orgasms or is it just a way of delaying ejaclation?
I apologise in advance if I am asking questions that the forum has already dealt with in the past and also thank you for taking the time to read this through.

I moved your post oer to this section, I hope you find it.The Big Draw is a way ato redirect the chi, and it only becomes orgasmic after the channels are open wide.
The most important thing is to work on opening up your lower dantain and orbit path, so the sexual energy can travel safely. Stsrongly urge you to get Qigong Fundamentals 1&2 to ensure that goes smoothly and safely.
There are many stages to the sexual practice, and you might find many answers in the audio Healing Love course. Not trying to get commercial here, just recognize if you are serious you will want to go beyond the book, the methods have been refined in the last 20 years.
I no longer use the Big Draw much, only need concentrated power of testicle breathing. Initially it delays ejaculation, eventually it becomes more orgasmic.
