Dear Taoists:
For anyone who is interested in my approach to beginning Taoist meditation, there is a fairly long string under yudelove, at TaoBums website, called Beginning Taoist Practices. There are about 80 postings there now & what is currently happening is feedback is coming in, with some startling reports.
What I teach there can easily be incorporated into your Healing Tao practices. I urge you to check it out at thetaobums.com. Type in yudelove & when it comes up scroll down till you get to Beginning Taoist Practices and click on it. My approach here is straight out of the classic Taoist alchemical text “The Secret of the Golden Flower.” I think you will all find it facinating.

Thanks for sharing. I think Shou Yu Liang also uses a method based on cultivating the golden light in his book “Qigong Energy”, but I am not familiar with it.
