Recently in order to bridge emotional problems and meditation I have been working on a new type of meditation practice.
Firstly become one with the whole body breathing as much as is possible. From this you feel yourself as a valley to your self meaning everything within you flows into yourself, full acceptance, full reception, full surrender. Become the darkness that accepts everything, flowing down into the unknown.
Like a floodplain draining the valley.
Next Feel any disharmonious emotions and the character behind it, in my case a sad child. And merge with it, become it and let it rest on the valley of yourself, so that it is finally absorbed and reconciled.
Something like that.
