Hi all
During a big draw with unusually strong energy I´ve got a taste in my mounth. The taste came to me when the energy was at the hight of the jade pillow. I can´t realy say it was a sweat taste as the description of the golden nectar, as I have read it. It was more like a highten awarness of the taste in the mounth already there. It was not a particularly bad or god taste, in that case more good than bad.
I did the practise, the big draw, like my Universal tao teachers have teached it. And I think this is the way David Shen teaches it, or one of the ways he does. You start with the pumping of the energy ,several times during an exhalation, into the sacrum area. Hold the pumps for awhile and then relax and feel and breath into the sacrum, so that the energy softens a litle bit and stay there. Then you go back to the sexual organs and to more pumps but up to the T11 in the same way as to the sacrum. And so on untill you reach the crown.
By the way I have never tasted the godlen nectar so I realy not know how it is and when it is suposed to arrive, during wich kind of practise.

it comes off more like an ambient taste around the wholehead that somehow makes your whole body feel better..

Yes perhaps it isn´t the golden nectar, but something else that awakened. But I will see by time anyway.
Wonder about speaking about or writing at forums about experiences, is it possible that it might disturbe a new beginning process?

and thus can be approached as such.
writing to the self.
one’s personal self, our greater communal selfs all at the same time
thus is demands faith/honesty and integrity/groundedness.
fully.
stalking a dilemma would be an invokation.
remembering an experience would be an evokation.however
it is smart to make the process vertical, albeit public
hence not disclosing the experience to others, but to yours selves. some may be collective. doing so is draining.
there is also the reverse. never speak if others are just asked. if speaking without promting, then describe groking when still under the aha spell. after things go to neutral there is no outward flow and is again drainning, so demand giri or money to balance.
the discussion can be about people (me-you, horizontal) or things/issues. later is in respect of boundries.
all this are foundamental habits that aim at establishing enought personal space/body that make conversation a form of aikido where then one learns to yield to the flow and reactions are appropriate actions.
then one can lean onto ones madness. a source of righteous negativity that protects when stirred but otherwise is digested in peace.
without boundries action may not be appropriate.however all this is irrelevant if one does resist total responsibility.
a victum needs a master and should consult his master or find one.so it is not a question of if, but who and why
