In solo practice im have good control on ejaculation also its give me good energy for creation or for work. But with girl.. Im thinking that in dual cultivation its necessary to have DUAL cultivation. Im thinking that if your girl dont know how to do big draw its give you some difficulty when you doing big draw, becouse in this case you have much more energy in your sexual centers(then in solo practise) and when she have orgasm she not doing big draw, her energy come to her sexual center and its difficult doing big draw oneself.
So im think that when two partners can do big draw its more easy than if you draw all energy oneself.
Dual cultivation is more difficult because the female partner
creates a natural draw of the sexual energy at her vagina.
If she’s doing big draw as well, it makes it more challenging,
not less. This is the reason why a lot of men who learned
these techniques in old times looked for partners who knew
nothing. That way they could be more successful and in fact,
oftentimes selfishly keep all the energy for themselves,
basically becoming sexual vampires and draining the women
of their vital energy, i.e. they’ve developed their skill
to such a degree that they not only draw up and retain their
own energy but draw up the woman’s as well and keep that.Regardless of whether your partner knows these techniques
or not, you should be making a loop of energy between you
and your partner.That is, unless you are training to be a vampire . . .
As an aside, one of the unfortunate shadow aspects of
this tradition . . . even Lu Dongbin, the legendary Immortal
from whom the Healing Tao formulas were purported to have
originated, by different accounts was a sexual vampire.Even though I don’t do HL practices for reasons discussed
previously, if you want some tips:
1. Make sure you are breathing up earth qi continuously.
The path should start at the ground, not your genitals.
2. Having an open orbit and being well-grounded helps.
If you need extra help, increase your contact with the ground.
You can do this by having the woman on top of you, lying
flat on your back . . . even better would be to have sex standing.
3. Make sure you have a continuous loop of energy flowing
between you and your partner, that the energy doesn’t just
stop inside you somewhere. Unless you want to become a vampire.S
But in this case she can help control your ejaculation. She can receive more pleasure and more energy from sex. Especially if she feel good shes orbit.
Im becoming vampire when im ejaculate or injaculate and i dont like my condition after this, especially if this happens often. Yes when im ejaculate i give to her som piece, but after that i need shes energy more than when im not ejaculate and im becoming vampire…
So you think that in sex if you not ejaculate she cant recive form you your energy?? Im think that its very individual question, if she(or you) have good orbit she(or you) can take from you energy whithout sexual contact and becoming vampire without sexual contact…
I think that if she have good orbit, she can receive from you energy without ejaculation, and more then if you ejaculate every time. And its disputable question that she receive from you more energy when you ejaculate.
In my experience when im often ejaculate or injaculate my girl lose interest to me. In this case i cant bring to she happiness and love when i feel after non ejaculation sex, and its not my fantasy.
My point is that there needs to be a cycling
of energy between the both of you, regardless
of whether you are retaining or not. It shouldn’t
be a tug-of-war where each person is trying

Yes its very important to transform sexual energy in love and in another good feelings or transform it in head, and orbit is so important for this transformtion. Becouse in another case you will accumulate so many sexual energy and will thinking only about sex:).
I concentraite on my girl and on myself, not only on myself or not only on she. If i draw energy only to myself soon i will ejaculate, thats why some times i draw energy to myself some times give it to she. And after 20-30 minets of sex we have so cool connection.
I find that now i need fewer sexual acts that i need before.
I have been doing the DH
practices for a couple of
years. A while back I bought

was using a couple of the
exercises. I found that after
the tigress movements, the
sun and earth mandala became

HL can be practiced with the sun
and heavens as your masculine partner

I think you are starting to channel in
the higher KL formulas. 🙂Basically, they are just levels of
energetic intercourse that happen on
larger and larger cosmic levels.Not really a surprise, I suppose.
Michael supercharged DHQ with elements
from LKL, GKL, and GGKL, so you are
already starting to get some elementary
resonance with that material.In particular, the bathing phase that
you mention has some connection to GGKL.In other words, this just demonstrates
that you are finding success in your practice.Keep it up!

AdelWhen im practice with girl im becoming very grounding. And its important when i feel orgasm to stay in she, if i during orgasm come out – im lose connection lose grounding and lose energy however im not ejaculate, im just was afraid that i can ejaculate in she, now im not afraid becouse have good experiments:)
In solo practice i dont have so cool grounding.
