I have not totally grasped the difference between whole body enlightenment and mind enlightenment.
From what i’ve understood, mind enlightenment consists in the following feature:
Feeling of total completeness. And from this we can derive: 1) No lack of trust in ones own self love (completeness) 2) Being able to totally let go of sexuality, pleasure and pain (as you are complete, you can’t add or extract anything to/from it.)
3) Identification with all sentinent beings, seing that we are all each other, just different expressions of the same source.
So, what more is whole body enlightenment, your body just live a bit longer, or is there more to it?
Whole Body Enlightenment adds the experience that there is only one body.
That the body of others and of Nature is also your body. This is the realization of original jing and its integration with original chi and original shen into a MANIFEST trinity-in-one.In short, that the original primordial trinity of jing-chi-shen is still in the process of entering and evolving the creation it birthed. Once you birth a child, you cannot take away its right to live.
It thus accepts that the formless aspect of spirit has permanently chosen to continue incarnating a physical cosmos; that getting off the wheel of incarnation is just an individual choice, it doesn’t stop that wheel from turning.
Mind Enlightenment is generally focused on shen aspect. There are no judgements about choices of path taken, only consequences as to what is experienced.
Also, letting go of sexuality doesn’t complete it or evolve here in the physical plane – it just makes you energetically asexual. It attunes you to one level of your pre-manifestation identity on a primordial level. But if you don’t simultaneously understand that the entire manifest cosmos is sexually polarized and learn to manage that, your skill level here is vastly reduced to one skill – leaving it.

i agree. after years of celibacy, i had to return to a normal, hormone driven sexuality to begin completion of that aspect. although i did find it more fulfilling at that poiny owing to certain developments i got from being away from it for so long. i sought out deeper more fulfilling relationships and naturally avoided ones that werent.
