These Sunday evening meetings (7-9 PM) in Scottsdale, AZ will help you see and go beyond the boundaries of the conditioned mind–the habitual constellation of thoughts, emotions, sensations, beliefs, and judgments that each of us calls “myself”–and to help open you to the vast breadth of the breath of life, the breath of presence, as it manifests through you at every moment. Utilizing dialogue, self-observation, self-sensing, self-remembering, breathing, qigong, and special meditation and awareness practices, you will explore awakening to who and what you really are in your essence, to the freedom of real presence–the freedom to see and say “yes” to the miracle of what is.
Dennis Lewis, a longtime student of Advaita, Taoism, and the Gurdjieff Work, is co-editor with Jacob Needleman of “Sacred Tradition & Present Need,” and “On the Way to Self Knowledge.” Lewis is the author of the acclaimed book “The Tao of Natural Breathing,” the audio program “Natural Breathing,” and the recent book “Free Your Breath, Free Your Life.” He teaches regularly at Esalen Institute, The Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, and the National Qigong Conference, as well as at other venues throughout the United States.

I don’t think anyone lives in Scottsdale on here but me Dennis but thanks for putting this up. I got your breathing course years ago and would be interested. So is this Sunday Feb 5th? This is an ongoing group or just one night?
