Medical and Spiritual Qigong (Chi Kung)

This might be advanced for some to jump right into, so you may need to start with some Qigong like ocean breathing or mediation like inner smile focusing on forming a golden pearl that is coordinated with your breath and has the quality of the inner smile. I sit and Imagen a golden pearl that is very much like golden mist. I inhail into this ball from the ming men and it spreads out touching all my layers then I exhale back out the ming men. A mantra you may like Is on the inhale say I am and on the exhale say love I do this internaly some times, but when deep I just focus on the quality of the vibration. I also ground by doing the same thing by breathing up from the earth and back down. I also do this at the heart level it is a very simple but powerful practice. This pulsing is a gentle way for resistance to release. hope you enjoy.
I have a name for your new practice.
Call it the “Primordial Inner Smile”.
That’s what it feels like to me anyway.
It’s like you’re doing the inner smile, but
it’s being sourced from the formless side rather
than from the form. The energy feels more fresh, pure,
and rejuvenating–more primal. And you are right,
it is powerful.
It’s quite nice actually.
It reminds me of certain elements from the DHQ, which
you know I’m a big fan of.
Best,
Steven
