I figured this would be an bigger artical. The link to stress is intresting, I read something a kahuna wrote on cancer ounce and he said energenticly it relates to blocks in joy the flow of life. I find it interesting that the news hypes the bird flue yet the real epidemic is all ready here. There is something interesting relating to free will. An infectious desease like bird flue is not easily related to self responcibility you just got unlucky but cancer by many profesinals is reconized as being a result of how we collectively as well as individually live our lives. In relationships concernded with buying and selling do you find sellers avoiding placing respocibility in the buyers hands. I have seen this every where medicine, spirituality. I know from working in sales for around four years that sellers are used to the role of controlling the sale instead of impowering the buyer with knowledge and showing value through experience. This is not all the sellers falt the buyers often pay to avoid responsibility, but its still there.
Canadian team discovers gene that turns cancers off
August 13, 2007 at 6:49 PM EDT
A unique gene that can stop cancerous cells from multiplying into tumours has been discovered by a team of scientists at the B.C. Cancer Agency in Vancouver.
The team, led by Dr. Poul Sorensen, says the gene has the power to suppress the growth of human tumours in multiple cancers, including breast, lung and liver.
The gene, HACE 1, helps cells fight off stress that, left unchecked, opens the door to formation of multiple tumours.
Dr. Sorensen’s team found cancerous cells form tumours when HACE 1 is inactive, but when additional stress such as radiation is added, tumour growth is rampant.
Kick-starting HACE 1 prevented those cells from forming tumours.
The study appears in the advance online publication of Nature Medicine
