I am learning the Six movements to open the microcosmic orbit for 5 days and I am really enjoying it, feeling the energy even through the rest of the day. But today I reached the fifth movement Palms and Body spiral in Expanding Orbits and I’m having difficulties. As I am doing the mini orbits all goes well with the Meng Mein and Dan Tien, little burping with the plexus which is fine, at the heart it is really beautiful as I feel expansion, space and warmth. But when I reached the throat it is difficult. Lots of burping and hiccups which I consider nice energy cleansing, but when I try to move the pearl from the throat to the heart it feels like going upstream, like trying to move in the opposite direction. BTW I had no difficulties with the Water Wheel movement, on the contrary it is really pleasant and expanding. So my question is, should continue trying until it becomes more natural and easier? It kind of feels like the energy wants to go up instead of down at that place, and when I try anyway, lots of burping and hiccups 🙂
Let your body do what it wants to do and don’t fight it.
If you still have this problem when doing the orbit meditation, you might try to do the orbit in the reverse direction.

It got better, thanx!
