I searched this forum to see if there had been any discussion of Lama Dondrup Dorje and the chi demonstrations at link below – couldn’t see any.

It’s easy to demonstrate amazing things with your own disciples.
I saw a similar video about a guy who claimed to know Dim Mak, the legendary death touch. He would demonstrate on his students who passed out left and right and were revived by another touch that restored them.
Funny thing is, when the guy demonstrated on the film crew and reporter, they were all strangely insensitive to it.
Go figure.
Yes. Long time practitioners I have discussed with say same – and I have seen some TV programs in recent years (Derren Brown I think it was) suggesting the same. Mind and chi go together. I would guess forum people who practice a lot would have many stories of phenomena involving defensive aspect of chi – that it can and does protect without the other person(s) having to first accept a suggestion. Like having tantien so large it swallows other guy – and yuan chi is unknown to ego, being more fundamental.
