Just thought I would share my inner Christmas (although Taoist) insights that I wrote down last Christmas and was going to post but never did…
The star that the wise men saw. Well, to me, the star is a point in the inner dimension. Is it any wonder that only the wise men were able to see and be guided by it? It is brilliant, beyond comprehension. This is a way in, the directional point inwards toward the Christ (consciousness). But before that is realized, one encounters the Holy Spirit, the Word – if one is blessed with divine grace. From this vibration and inner sound the whole universe was born in the beginning (so it is said). Once realized and established it opens the door to Christ Consiousness – God’s only begotten. The One. The One that is everything and everywhere birthed from the unfathomable Father.
So, that is my personal experiential spiritual account and believe system (in a Christian context) of what Christmas means to me 🙂
Anyway, hope those that celebrate something this time of year (and also those that don’t), have a warm and happy winter season!
Matt
PS. Perhaps the three kings = the 3 pure ones 🙂
