Hi, I’m confused about the core channel. Some sources seem to say the core channel is inside the marrow of the spine, others that the core is in front of the spine. Does anyone have any thoughts on this. Also, doing bone breathing often sends a bunch of cool dense energy into my head, why is this?
thanks, mike

Some say it is even a little front of center.
It moves back as one’s alchemy becomes more coherent.
The key is to feel for a “centered place”, a “no-spin zone”, in your practices.
