Hello Nnonnth
Not much action going on for the moment.
I have looked around a bit on this page. Think Michael is a good writer and so are you. Red some parts of your blog about the tree and more. Liked it. 🙂I thouhgt I should find someting about core dynamics just to search for the word on this site but wasn’t that easy, maybe you know where to look so I save some time.
Just curious also. Whats your exercises anyway and your main issue today, working in a particular direction?
A smile to the world 🙂

I especially recommend this book, http://www.amazon.com/Power-Focusing-Practical-Emotional-Self-Healing/dp/157224044X/ref=sr_1_2/104-6112418-0647139?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1192459108&sr=1-2
You can find articles about the method, and pdfs of the first few chapters of that book, in many languages (but not Swedish) at: http://www.focusingresources.com/articles.html

ON FOCUSING: Have read through some of the articles. (English reading works fine for me writing might be bad though)
I have made a practise plane. More into practise than theory nowdays.
I will work with my will to have an sexual relationship and what is stopping me. Want to know more about this important issue.I will do a tree step exercie
1 Focusing about what is stopping me to show my interest in girls. Whit an open and positiv atitude for whats comming up. This will be several sessions. In relaxed meditation state
2 Focusing on my will to achive a sexual relationship and how I want it to be and focusing and following all the positiv effects I can imagine. And even see if theres some negativity in this positivity. several sessions
3 Focusing on actions in the real life that will help me achive my gole. Just flirting for instance.
ON ROTING
Have learned a new exercise from yudeloves book. Maybe not complitely new but it starts working in the way that I start to feel some earth energy through this exercise.
I will do the standing tree form. Reversed breathing and while breathing out go down from perineum or tan tien on the front side of the legs to the toes and thrue the bubbling spring down into earth and on the inhaling draw earth energy up the backside of the legs into perineum or huy in and into tan tien. And so on.
This is done six times and then another six inside the legs isntead of the front and the back.
When doing this exercises I now start to feel some kind of energy I belive I feel the earth energy but isn’t shore yet. This has always been a problem for me.
I’am sweating alot already after maybe three breaths. Is this good or bad?
I think about taking in this exercise to my dayly ones. And in the long run try to do more breathings, goal 50 of each kind total 100. Maybe it’s not good to sweat to much so I want to increase the lenght of the exercises as the sweating in time will be less I guess. I thinking that I’m loosing energy if sweating to much, but isn’t shore about this idea. My acupunturist told me so on ordinary exercises.
Have as I wrote on the earlier chats with Nnonnth: Yang qi defiency and low yang in kidneys and the nervoussystem. Are really cold in the whole body.
I belive this exercise could in the long run help me streangthening my kidneys and my ability to rot myself. Is the slow increasing aproach a good one ore can I without harm increase the time I stand faster? Or isn’t this exercise good at all for me. Maybe others are better.
S Dragon wounder.

October 15, 2007 at 6:56 pm #24928voiceParticipantThere is a real art to listening to yourself. Focusing does have an intellectual structure that first must be created, but the real art is listening. Indeed, it takes much Earth element to listen, and not be swept away by the monkey mind and small matters.

Have tried the focusing after my original cavity meditaion. There was some interesting stuf coming up and some feelings to, even though just did the exercise for some minutes. Will write down them on notes on my computer, eventually sharing later. Thx guys. -
