That basically is my question. Where do you go down and where do you go up?
Typically you start at the torso and then work your way down the limb, and then reversing it you travel back up toward the torso.
Personally, I don’t know that it makes a terrible difference in how you do it.
For me, it feels better to my body to do the recommended protocol, but you might experiment and see what feels best to you.
