I feel that people would like to get an idea of how one practices through out the day so I thought I would offer a ruff idea of what my day and night of practicing looks like.
Awake in bed start with ocean breathing or counter force breathing or both. Next I do a inner smile practice where by I place my hands starting with my lung over where my lungs are I cross them some times. I then just sit there and say I love you if I feel I need to ask for forgiveness I do, and I say I am sorry if I need to, I tell them how beautiful and powerful they are and ask my lungs to create greater balance and harmony at the jing chi and shen level. I repeat this process of acceptance and healing request posing and relaxing after each request I also do one for the bowls. I then might activate fusion if need but after this arise. I then shack the tree, ride the horse, then do iron shirt practices everything from tendons to hugging the tree. I rap this up with five animals frolic. This cooks through out my day, often times I relax and can be taken on a energetic journey. Later on if I have time I will do fusion along with the Qigong forms to support this, my favorite involves saying Heaven loves me earth loves me I love me. Then I sit ounce that is activated and relax, i make some request some time, and guide other times. I then simply move into Kan & Li and sit and relax into that again I give my thanks and love. Then I go back to cooking and cleaning or work what ever. Later that night I will do Primordial Qigong then Dig Dipper Qigong back to back I then again sit relax and go an a journey of love and healing. I might rap this up with the Micro cosmic orbit or just move into dream practice. I hope this helps and inspires others.January 6, 2009 at 1:06 am #29989Alexander AlexisParticipantHi Dog, I am always so warmed and taken by surprise by your sincerity and spontaneity. It was worth two hours of “practices” to read your sweet little report.
Love,

While still in bed I do the deep breathing, Inner Smile, and then open my heart up. Frequently I’ll rub my toes together as Mantak suggests.
When I get up I start the tendon work like you do, along with some chi packing.
I like to do part of the Medical Qigong form which involves directional breathing.
I usually transition to the Promordial form. This always improves my energetic balance and chi level. This form keeps getting deeper and deeper for me.
As time permits I do the K & L movement form “Gods Play In the Cauldron of original chi.”
During the day, even at work, I do the healing sounds quietly and periodically some chi packing/reverse breathing.
In the evening I like to do the lesser K and L forms.
Most of the time I do not have enough time to do all the Qigong I’d like to, expecially when my wife doesn’t understand what it’s all about.
Happy New Year!

Happy New Year.
