I have been doing Deep Healing Chi Kung almost every day for two years. When I say almost I probably haven’t missed it over 2 times in that time. I find I have less chronic pain. I also notice that I can visualize the colors much better.
Interesting. Do you care to elaborate? What is the nature of the pain? How much has it diminished? Are you doing other practices besides DHQ? How do you do it? Have you noticed other changes over the 2 years?
