Masturbate daily, but do not ejaculate. Continue this for ten days. Then start masturbating twice a day…find a picture of your favorite entertainment star, preferably nude. Use the foto to activate your imagination, and start masturbating four times a day…you must create a good atmosphere before sex. For instance, dine in a restaurant with good food and ambience. Make sure your partner drinks a little alcohol. It’s also helpful to see a foreign movie before dinner…after attaining the deepest insertion possible, don’t move out right away but instead perform 81 muhrabandas. Then slowly move in and out nine times. Then do another 81 muhrabandas. Then 18 in and outward thrusts. 81 muhrabandhas, then 27 in and outs…
-SHOKO ASAHARA, The Secret to Developing Supernatural PowerAum Shinrikyo (currently known as Aleph) is a Japanese cult listed as a terrorist organization by several countries. The group was founded by Shoko Asahara in 1984. The group gained international notoriety in 1995, when it carried out the Sarin gas attack on the Tokyo subway.
The name “Aum Shinrikyo” (オウム真理教 Ōmu Shinrikyō?) derives from the Sanskrit syllable Aum, which represents the universe, followed by Shinrikyo written in kanji, roughly meaning “religion of Truth”. In English “Aum Shinrikyo” is usually translated as “Supreme Truth”. In January 2000, the organization changed its name to Aleph in reference to the first letter of the Arabic alphabet, Hebrew alphabet and Phoenician alphabets. It changed its logo as well.
-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aum_ShinrikyoIt’s well possible if the first edition of ‘Cultivating Male Sexual Energy’ have been available from June 1984.
Anyway this Aum Shinrikyo is quite interesting combination of Buddhist scriptural studies, Buddhist and Daoist practices, Hindu Tantra, Hatha Yoga and of course still those Jewish and Christian things.
Though I personally see these sexual practices in the form of dual cultivation quite inferior, especially for supernatural powers.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lf_6GKvyg58 (recruintmentcartoon)To illustrate the power of prana and to show that it is not merely the breath, we would like to quote here example of Paramahamsa Satyananda’s guru-brother Swami Nadabrahmananda Saraswati. An experiment was conducted at the Meninger Foundation, USA, to verify his claim that he could hold his breath for an hour without any difficulty. He was put in an airtight glass chamber. A lighted candle and a live monkey were placed in a similar chamber. Electrodes were connected to his heart, brain and different parts of his body, and he was asked to play the tablas while the scientists monitored him from outside. They also blocked his nose and ears, and his whole body was smeared with wax because they thought that he might be able to breathe through his pores. After three minutes the candle went out and after fifteen minutes the monkey fell unconscious, but Swami Nadabrahmananda continued playing his tablas for more than forty minutes. Though not breathing, he was sweating and a coin, which had been placed on his shaved head by one of the researchers, was jumping up and down. When they put a microphone on any part of his body a loud, constant sound like that of a waterfall, was heard. He explained that it was the sound of the movement of prana, adding that one will continue to live as long as the pranas are active, even if one stops breathing.
