Dragon tongue versus dragon tail: two ways of dealing with the dragon.
Tail of the eart dragon or tongue of the heaven dragon.
David attests to the tongue of heaven dragon.
Dan tien rotation: The lower back spine muscles vs the front ab muscles.
David attests to the nauli practice.
Dragon tail is the whigling of kwa (also known as dan tien rotations) by the earth dragon. Later heaven and earth dragon.
Dragon rests in the center of earth. His tail raised, all the way though dan tien reaching towards the sky. Moves the soft cotton ball inside the gutt. The Dragon tail.
David Shen shows that dragon tongue is the nauli practise. Nauli.: suck the innards up and separatly contract left and right frontal abdominal muscles. The Dragon tongue moving.
A heaven god descends to upper dan tien. Supported by the upward suction of the earthly innards, it stretches its tongue down all the way to the dan tien.
David Shen way is a sorcerer way of feeding the gods. A heart of lineage of such masters. You are warned for you may get stuck if you ever stop out of line of such lineage or the lineage has no incarnate facilitating sage.
(Chia way is earth bound god/pearl shoots towards the heaven, see tao yin testicle-tongue tendon line connection in e.g. tao yin book)
Even in bujinkan way of sorcery
Dragon is the eart pole in dragon/tiger (earth/heaven axis) form.
Spontaneous exchange between both poles. Though upper dan tien is the primary nexus point of exchange. Innards do not seem to be sucked up.
They do feed the gods, though their feeding is more through the perrineum press way.
(see juppo sessho no waza form of budomart.com)
Shaking the dragon tail implies symultaneous interchange between heaven and earth energy within the body. Spontaneous. Both poles.
(see kumar in his internal martial arts book)
The ‘sung’ state implies dan tien connected to, supported by heaven and earth. Kumar emphasizes earth release with heaven connection implicit.
Again spontaneous connection, both poles involved.
Embrace the earth.
So suck down, not up, if any ground needed.
Or inside out.
There are always two ways to deal with the dragon: atlantian and lemurian way
John Chang description of dan tien rotation is clear.
It it the cotton ball moving of the innards. The kwa movements, not front muscles.
Have written somewhere more on this.
