Let’s cut the cr… salami and get down to brass-tacks about what EMBODIMENT really means like in reality not in metaphors or pretty sounding words but in that place known as reality.
In order to demonstrate embodiment I will require some volunteers … anyone? Anyone? Can you hear me at the back?
It’s like this.
First gently breath into your heart in the middle of the chest. Gently. As you inhale feeeeeeeeeeeel the breath going into the heart and as you gently exhale rest there. Again on the inhale feeeeel the air going into the heart.
Gently, sensitively, lovingly do this for a while and slowly you will feel the heart coming alive, getting warm, glowing as its energy becomes active.
And you can feel you heart’s energy.
BUT you are still feeeling it from a distance. You are feeling your heart as an object.
Now (here comes the science-bit) gently say to your self “I … am … my heart”, and continue to breathe there. Always slowly and sensitively. And continue for a while.
And what you can sense (if you are sensitive) is that instead of feeling your heart from a distance … you BECOME the heart. You are now the subject.
Do you see the difference ?
You are not generating, you are becoming. It is a vast difference.
And this is embodiment.
Eventually you reside in the heart and the embodiment is permanent.
Now that’s all well and good for the heart so close and precious, but whether you can do the same thing for the microcosmic orbit or alpha-centaur-stellar-chi I don’t know … that stuff seems a little peripheral. But I don’t know.
