Evgeny Fyodorov is the deputy of the State Duma. He is included into coordination council of “United Russia” party. But, he isn’t the supporter of the “United Russia”, and often possible way he separates from this party that it’s understand according to his statements. He criticizes governmental party often… He carries himself to Free Russia party now, as I understood. He is also chairman of committee on economic policy and business of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
In 1993 1996, he was put forward by the Russian movement of democratic reforms. 1994-1996 Member of the committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on safety… In 1994 Member of Government Commission on Compatriots Living Abroad. The director of Institute of structural and investment policy (Moscow) in 1996.
In 1996 1997 the deputy chief of department of insurance supervision of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
In 1997 1998 the deputy deputy head of the office of Council of defense. The member of the Governmental Youth Commission to 11.4.2002.
At once I will tell that he very often uses the word “Americans” in the statements. It not because he doesn’t love all Americans. Just like that more clearly majority of simple audience. The matter is that in Russia the word “Americans” is often used as a word synonym “American Government” or that more precisely “US State department”. I would like to correct this inaccuracy. Because I consider that it’s necessary to understand his words still in a broader sense… It is wrong to speak “Americans”, would be more true to use the term: “The transnational elite operating policy of the West European and American political regime”..
