i didn’t know that the translation of zhuan falun by the chinese into english is much different from that of the north american practitioners. i just printed out the whole book today. i suggest that you read that translation also.
i was also reading something about w=mr li. i forgot where it was but it said when he was 4 he was found by a daoist immortal and later he learned chi kung and then made up falun gong. but it’s mad wrong how the chinese government could just label him as a cult leader. falun gong is not a cult or a religion. he’s probably the most wanted man in china today.but it’s not like if they can do anything to him if the catch him, he’s not human!!!!!Hey,
Guru Winn seems to confirm that FALUN DAFA is a cult. In a post somewhere below he said that he was in China when the riot happened and the FALUN cultists are real BAD thing!!! There could also be politics here or the CIA involvement like they created the spiritual leader OSAMA BIN LADEN. Hope Mr. Li is not like BIN LADEN though!
But if he is just like BIN LADEN, it is unlikely the Chinese Government can do anything coz he is a SHEN/GOD!!!!

Actually I think one indication that you’re in a cult is when the GREAT LEADER is considered no longer a mere human. Once a person starts believing there followers press releases they’re setting themselves up for uhmnn glorious martyrdom?!

Let me assure you that those are nothing more than fancy stories made up by the media… Cultivation practice is not fancy religious belief or something unique to the east… There have been cultivation ways in the West too.. The Gnostics believe that one’s true self( inner christ) is chained by the agrregate of Is – Jealousy Anger Hatred Lust Covetousness and that one suffers the consequences of karma accumulated by the actions the “Is” have committed .. they believe that when those aggregates are eliminated through cultivation one’s inner christ rises up in its ineffable glory( this is called achieving Buddhahood in the east)
.. The gnostics donot believe “Jesus Christ is not human”… They believe that Jesus, through cultivation,achieved christhood( Buddhahood)… just like Gautama became Buddha Gautama through cultivation… Jesus became Jesus Christ after completing his cultivation… Does that mean Jesus / Gautama are not human?? Falun Gong is cultivation practice.. and not belief in any god…. cultivators fully understand that they can progress in cultivation only by eliminating those things like hatred jealousy lust pride covetousness completely from their own minds… not by praying or begging or believing in any god…
I request you to understand the Great Cultivation Way of Falun Dafa yourself by understanding it first hand…
kindly listen to these nine lectures… and try out the 5 exercises ( which can be learned by video instructions that can be downloaded from the website http://www.falundafa.org ) for a week and then you will truly understand and cherish Falun Dafa… All I can say is that the oppurtunity to cultivate the great Law comes from Great Virtue and a strong Pre-destined relationship…
