Hello All
Today I feel unusually hot. Have a real bad oversensitivity to cold since many years.
Wonder if this hotness is from practise or from my treatment or from both.
Have been working alot the last days. Have been practising alot to. And have been increasing the thyroxin treatment, since a brake lasting some weaks beacase I did forget to order the medicin. Still on a low dosage of hydrocortisone.
It feels strange to me, now so hot that I can´t sleep. And I am still on a lower level, about half, with the thyroxin compared to before I had my short brake.
The practise I have been doing is:
Standing three at longer times than before. Last morning it lasted while doing about 60 deep breaths into the stomach, abdominal breathing.
On the way to and from work:
2×100 abdominal breathing
2×30 Revesed breathing with some packing
2 times Testicle breathing 7 breaths to each point
2xInner smile all three lines 3 time
2×50 Microcosmic orbits quite fast. New havent done this before so much. (Is from Mantak Chias course the year 2000).The hotness is not on a deep level. With this I mean I am still oversensitive to cold if lying down and not mowing. At the same time I feel wery hot. A bit strange.
Is it a sign of improvement of my health or is it just the system owerworking from to much stress the last days or is it the treatment and the qigong that have this efect?
Just writing this beacase it feels so unusual for me, to deal with a hot body since years of coldness. Have no strategy to deal with it.
I know perhaps the six healing sounds is a good idea.

You’re pulling up the jing too hot and it’s getting stuck in the head because you’re only circulating chi in the microcosmic orbit.
TIPS:
#1 Try to exert yourself less when testicle breathing. Ideally, the jing hits the occiput (the back of the neck) chilly, cooling the head.
#2 Work on moving the jing (the peanut-buttery thick energy) through the orbit. Feel the hot jing in your head as thick, hot butter, and try to get it to drip down your face, through your tongue, down your chest, and through your navel into your lower dan tien.
#3 Before bed do the triple warmer healing sound (heeeeeee), using your bones to “conduct” the hot jing down into the ground, or at least into your abdomen.
#4 If you get desperate, drink some very cold water, holding a large mouthful of water in your mouth touching your upper palate until you feel the heat transfer from your head into the water, then swallow it.
Hope that helps. Since the Sun entered Aries last week everyone’s been much more active and sexual, so it’s an important time to work on the healing love practices.
Good luck!

I did actualy the triple sound last nigth and it helped a litle. The butter asociation sounds cool, will try it if I feel hot again.
It was not like the hot feeling was in the head only, but it felt like it was in the body. Hmmmm?
But you are right when talking about the cool energy from testicle breathing, I have dificulties to keep it cool all the way up. Have to work more on this and see what happens.
With regards
