“…you need something that’s reflexive to the personality”
Yes. That’s such an important awareness to have. Without that level of communication no relationship forms. And it’s through relating, not coercing or anything else, that true changing seems to occur.
Thanks for the info on multiples. Is there only one key sound he teaches or is it like getting a mantra from TM? Is it a simple tone like Om or is it something more like the music of the spheres? What is it anyway, Jason! Just tell us!

It's like a mixture between groaning and toning. The way I understood to do it, you end up making a reverse breath as you make the noise.
It's more physical than the healing sounds – the healing sounds I see more as healing breaths. For example I can tone a sound and have an organ physically vibrating – the healing sounds have a more energetic/anchoring effect.
BTW does anyone else do toning in any creative ways? I managed to get the vibration going in the feet, was great – there is a lot more potential (toning the orbit perhaps?)
August 17, 2007 at 6:19 pm #23449NnonnthParticipant… but what happens is it varies in volume depending on… well, how enjoyable things are getting. It definitely is not mantra like though, it’s a do-what-you-feel thing.
I could give you the sound in a second on audio, maybe I should do that sometime. :)But basically it’s like:
………
. .
. .
. .
.
.
…………….(Hope that came out!)
It’s vocalized like it was a schwa sound, the ‘a’ in ‘above’ say. You start low and hold it, then bring it up, hold it alot less long there, and then descend about halfway between the two.
Now the answer to the obvious question: yes you can actually just think the sound and not make it at all. Which means it’s really an energy thing. Actually it’s rather similar to some of Glenn’s kundalini meditations – Glenn would totally have approved of all this stuff. 2 secs around Glenn and everyone’s third word was ‘polyamory’.
You begin down in the sexual centre and basically I think of this as being a central channel thing, you bring it to your head and then have it tail back down. But what happens is that after a while if the energy is pumping in the sexual centre you will come up from the belly and then from the heart… this is when you get a ‘heartgasm’ as they call it. You can definitely come without ejaculating and you can definitely come without even getting hard.
You start just doing this quietly and you HAVE GOT TO take 3-4 empty breaths between and just feel/listen out for those ‘different nice feelings’. After the breaths do the sound again. Your body knows what to do, male multiple orgasm is totally your birthright you can take it from me. After a while you get the feelings and then the pitch and volume of your sound can increase.
I can’t really see the harm in letting you know all this but there is a bunch of other stuff involving what positions you do it in, where you touch yourself if you go that route, and how to do it with a partner and exchange energy… for stuff like that you really need to buy his thing. BUT I can say that the position is kind of similar to the main one in that weird book ‘scientific male multiple orgasm’ or whatever that people were talking about a while back, can’t remember the author but it was like alot of vitamins and muscle control mostly, a bit like Dr Lin. I didn’t go that pills route but the basic position is like on your back, taking it from a stud as it were, sorry macho guys! You have your heels by your butt and your knees are spread. You can see psychologically it is a position about opening yourself and it’s rebalancing for the male sexuality essentially. It gets to your vulnerability which is what doesn’t normally open in sex for men. Plato talks about the prostate and that’s involved for me too on an energetic level.
I can’t tell you where this figures into kan and li or anything like that. I can tell you that it works because I get these orgasms whenever I like, and I can tell you also that it is absolutely excellent for finding those emotional blockages. One more thing is that the relationship with Glenn’s stuff is great if you want a ‘rising kundalini’ effect and I am just beginning to experiment with that. Also with OBE but I know most people here don’t do that.
You will notice that the taoists always descend primarily when the central channel is involved but I like to go both ways so to speak. What I’m doing now is smack on what Frantzis talks about but I keep to the centre rather than dissolving downward. So Michael’s stuff is making the grounding happen. Like the triple warmer – down from the head. This stuff goes the other way.
There’s probably more but I can’t remember it now!

August 17, 2007 at 6:22 pm #23451NnonnthParticipantActually I think that key sound is a little like toning the orbit already. But yeah spot on, the vibratory sync between where your mind and voice are is like a resonance it is not like the healing sounds which are definitely breaths I agree.
I WANT BADLY to do toning in creative ways, and with instruments too. I haven’t done nearly enough with that. It just empowers the thoughts on the frequency toned. It always makes me think of the Dark Crystal. 🙂 I remember once trying to explain this to Fajin, that you can affect the structure of the matter harmonically by toning it in, he wasn’t buying it.
With all the music I’m doing and with the stuff related to dance as well I do see possiblities emerging so I am going to have to look seriously into it. j
August 17, 2007 at 6:25 pm #23453NnonnthParticipantok it’s basically start low and build energy low holding a low tone a while, then lift up about a musical fifth, hold for a little moment, and then back down a 3rd or 4th. Then take empty breaths. j
August 17, 2007 at 7:34 pm #23455NnonnthParticipant– I just did it and it’s more like a up a major seventh or octave, down a sixth or seventh. But obviously you aren’t singing and you don’t hit the intervals or anything! 🙂

I’ve had it a couple of times but it doesn’t seem to be a big part of the technique to me. You aren’t supposed to try for it in any case, it’s another thing that ‘just happens’. j

as some say, spirit is noverbal, so you are correct.
it is like doing dream command verbally instead of attuning to it
or like in astral project one would start talking instead of alligning

slavinski in his aspectics book shows rational intepretation (which can work if done with one rational processor, if the client is proper bitch, (or if the processor is real good and client is normal) but if both are rational intelectuals, then it is not deep processing)
the challenge is how to do it intuitive style.one easy way is combining meditation and contemplation.
like
1.using self massage
do chi nei tsang organ touching massage (the meditative part)
as internal spaces open up (you space out)
integrate them (the contemplative part)
(ilana rubenfeld listening hands, glenn recommended her and checked her out and she has no false yang glitches observed)
(she calls internal spaces the bubbles- that oneself enters that are then re-integrated)2.using empty force breathing
start the practice of lower dan tien breathing (the meditative part)
as internal spaces open up (you space out with or withouth remaining centered)
integrate them (the contemplative part)3.
the purpose of meditation is to open spaces that you then contemplate and inso integrate
after space opens up, the contemplation takes over, and meditation practice backs off until resolution of catharsic nature is now
only then the meditation protocol may recommence
(just to clarify)
like freeform said nudge (meditate) allow (contemplate) with skill on both sidesintegration is pure magic (irrational) so it is to see somebody certifying it.
PS: noticed that core transformations were drafted by sister so it is not clear what was the nature of her tributeAugust 19, 2007 at 6:41 pm #23469NnonnthParticipant>>as some say, spirit is noverbal, so you are correct.

Glenn was strong on Ilana and I like what you say about her. He had a great story about being treated in a seminar, like being the 4th person to be treated, and the first three were all women healing up old relationships with men! 🙂 Wasn't exactly easy to get up in a roomful of women and 'be healed' but he was always up for a challenge. Funny.

invoke= call in= call down = accumulate is from surrounding = resonate with external gods or planets or..= from later heaven to early heaven
evoke= awaken= make from within =accumulate from withing = from early heaven dantien to later heaven
the end result of perfect execution of both is the same thoughlike glenn. his book was for demi or gods. You choose. he recommended the demigod approach. that means feeding. that is the polite way though it hides the feminine yearning of the spider in the shaddow with hot partyclubs.
August 24, 2007 at 12:58 pm #23473NnonnthParticipant… redefine the words different from how everyone I know uses them. Why you want to do that I don’t know! 🙂 But ok. j
