Hi people,
I’m looking for some feedback regarding the fusion practice.
When I do fusion, an issue I always face is ” how far from the central earth pearl should I stray?”
Sometimes I stay close to the earth pearl but often I’ll go out and visit with some difficult energy in the neck or lungs and 30 minutes later re-establish my connection to the pearl hopefully integrating some of whatever I’ve been experiencing.
Sometimes I’ll oscilate back and forth between the central pearl and the difficult energy, re-establishing a connection with the pearl and then going out againI was wondering how others navigate that dynamic between neutral central pearl and polarized periphery.

just trust it. it will take over and keep u centered and restore your trust in the universe and the process. the connection is always there.

I’m with s.ocean on this one. My view (which may or may not be in sync w/s.ocean) is that its ok to move the cauldron to the heart center, or even the center of the head. It helps to foster more balanced alchemy, in my experience, allows the lower tan tien to share with the deep-centers of the upper centers.

Especially if you are spending a half hour or so in your upper torso. That’s a good steady bit, and you should feel ok to move the cauldron to your heart if it facilitates things. Don’t feel like you have to be totally locked into the lower tan tien. Sometimes move it to your heart, sometimes keep it lower. I think you’ll find that it makes the whole shootin match go a lot smoother, and will even foster a more stable lower tan tien by including the upper energies.
Anyway, that’s just my two cents.
