I have been practicing Fusion for a few months now and seem to be having a few problems.
The practice itself is straighforward, but perhaps the frequency of my practice could be the problem.
I’ve been practicing Fusion two to three times a day. When I do the orbit afterwards I get a slight headache but it goes away.
The real problem is the after results. I’ll have realizations about the past popping up with force at different times of the day. Once this happened at 2am and I coulnd’t sleep that night. Then I am often very tired a great deal of the time. I thought the solution would be to do the orbit more, but afterwards I get intense headaches and get very irritable.
The reason I’ve been doing it so often every day is I released a great deal of anger about a few weeks ago and I just wanted to get over it. It’s no fun being enraged twenty four hours a day every day.
However, I seem to be over the anger now, so I thought I’d try a new tack. I decided I would do Fusion once every three days and other the other two days to absorb the released emotions.
If anyone has any comments or suggestions about this practice I would greatly appreciate it.

Is this an idea of a joke?
Obviously you don’t belong on this forum.
No more ranting, please.June 27, 2008 at 7:38 am #28576
BK, he is clearly speaking from his own experience, he sounds pretty poisoned. But forgive him please, it is not his fault he is so blunt, but the government.
You know in medieval times people with epileptic attacks were seen as messengers from god and were listened to. So who knows that behind all his ranting there might be some truth, unfortunately we live in different times and on this board we like to be more respectful with each other.
But he is clearly poking you, so keep practicing and smile to Paolino, he needs some loving attention……..
Nice day to you BKJune 27, 2008 at 10:58 am #28578
This is all part of the adventure. Practice smiling in the face of this adventure, inner, and outer what ever may come it is you that you are meeting in this adventure love your self, accept our self. Your inner world and outer need your unconditional acceptance, or unconditional love if you like. Let go to the best of your ability of what should be going on in the practices, our what should happen after, it is not your responsibility. Just ask(your intention which can be shown through action such as chi gong) listen(open your self to receive feed back and guidance) and smile to the adventure of self discovery. The more you open the less you assume, the quicker things change I find. It is better for this anger to come out, then in a heart attack dieing at age 50 or younger. In this day and age these practices are need in the worst way, people are very disconnected from there deep wisdom, thus you get chemtrails, where they are dumping loads of heavy metals into the air. This program was sold on the idea of controlling weather, and is part of a long list of dumb ideas coming out of the military industrial complex.June 27, 2008 at 11:27 am #28580

Have you been loosening up a bit prior to joining the pearls? Sometimes some shaking the tree and doing some deep breathing will expand out your energy body, where things will open up. The forms Blissful Breathing or Ocean Breathing will open you up quite nicely.
I would also recommend that you do the 5 Animals first/6 Healing sounds first, then the “Nuturing The 5 Shen” or perhaps the “Creating the Perfect Inner weather” forms. These help me to loosen things up.
Recently I’ve hit a brick wall in Fusion, so I backed off for awhile, and did something else to keep things fluid and spontaneous. My friends on this form have taught me many times to keep things playful and spontaneous. That’s the only way the shen and the life force will respond to me.
Something else that helps me is to take a minute and go through the inner smile, and then let the shen do their work!

Wendy, thank you for your smile.
I am so caught up in the storm I needed a prodding to look at things from a higher level.

You are free to speed up change for your self in many fashions, change is often considered death. The more you surrender to your self the more of your self you will discover.June 28, 2008 at 9:56 am #28588
I find primordial, as well as deep earth pulsing to be wonderful in helping to relax, as well as bring greater balance and harmony. If you are having problems sleeping I would recommend not doing fusion any where near bed time. Also you can try using the triple warmer sound before bed even lying in bed. If you are waking up at strange times at night it might also mean you are just resonating with different cycles, often spiritual. You also could be getting into touch with repressed liver issues, and that can cause sleep problems. I thought I should include practices you might have not thought to do. But always best to quite down and try to listen to your intuition. Hope this helps.June 30, 2008 at 3:44 am #28590
These are all good suggestions. The thing I discovered about many Tao practices is that the more effective they are, the more irritable you can feel afterward. You are stripping away layers and layers and layers of emotion and trauma, etc. You integrate yourself at a deeper level, feel some bliss. Then the next layer of anger, etc. eager for release, rises to the surface afterwards, asking for help.
You can learn to regulate the speed of release – start by asking our shen to slow down a bit. Your impatience to fuse may be imbalanced in itself, a sign of excess fire.
hope this helps.

I studied a photo of a body. Very familiar, yet not recognizible.
I recognized as myself after scanning whole body up and down only on the basis of the shoes that the model wore.
btw: i love kali yugoJuly 10, 2008 at 11:53 am #28594
Yes, I have discovered that in spades at Healing Love this week.
what about an intense pattern that takes over, but cannot/won’t be neutralized in the cauldron?
