My family told me recently that they thoughtmy hair line was receding and I think they are right. I am only 19 which is really young for strating to loose your hair, from a taoist (or TCM) point of view, what could be the causes? A week ago, I started taking He Shou Wu (which I heard is very good for hair loss), but I also started to take Cistances(rou cong rong)(before I knew I was losing my hair). Can cistances worsened my case and should I avoid all yang herbs? Because if I only take yin herbs for my hair, I fear that I will lose my masculinity (fuck that!) + my mom said that there is a new revolutionary (her term) pill that is proved to stop or slow the process of hair loss but on the box it says: none or almost none secondary effect but possible secondary effect includes: lost of libido (!). Can someone suggest herbs formulas or even meditation techniques please (I am easily stressed so I tought that some tibetan buddhist training to calm the mind (samatha?) may help because yet (and I am not advanced) Taoist techniques didn’t stop the stress, only increased my energy level), but maybe that is because I don’t really do grounding work (only microcosmic and healing love, strarting fustion). Your help is appreciated!
Love to all!

PS: sorry if there are a lot of mistakes; J’ai de la difficulté à écrire en anglais.
I wish I could write in french. I admire your trials with this language. I have no practical suggestion but to ask you what it is about hair loss that bothers you? I am not denying your stress about it but what is it you fear it represents? Barry
