I would like to hear from women and/or men what your experiences are with healing sounds and breasts.
Last night I was teaching a Tao class for women where we spend 2 hours going deeply into the healing sounds/inner smile, just doing that. Adding the breasts with every organ I felt the direct relation from the organ to the breast tissue. This is a very personal experience, and probably there are more ways to connect with this. As I prefer not to read books because I choose the keep everything as close as possible to my own experience. It is a choice that in many ways is slowing down my progress, but whatever I encounter through my solid practice is totally mine and fully mine.

*Kidneys was related to the nipples, the kidney meditation was marvellous btw, never had such a nice deep silent dark powerful energy. One woman said it was fearful to feel so much power because it obviously could be used in the wrong way…very good observation…
Oh yes… that is why the heart cultivation is soooooo important!
*Liver creating a circular dynamic energy
*Heart was obviously a radiating outward energy, like a gentle shower
*Spleen was a compact full feeling, a nice solid body/breast awarenessAs well it was so obvious that all these emotions/organs are directly connected with the breasts and how important they are to us women to invite the breasts into our awareness when we practice. They are the center of our body universe, not only outward, where they are so attractive for the opposite sex, no wonder why… they are not only soft to touch but as well carry all the emotional information of a woman.
But also they are the center of our inner universe directly related to the heart and the thymus gland and the other organs. Never I saw so much beauty in my breasts as well it struck me how little I cared about them in the past, they were just there. Since yesterday they are no longer ‘just there’, they are the light and watch-towers of my inner world, the solid beacons in the outer world, proud and strong they radiate my virtues into the world.I realized where my feelings are arising from when my partner just ‘grasps’ my breasts. He is grasping my being, he in fact is touching me very deep, right into my organs/emotions/information. Yet without the proper awareness it is hurting instead of helping to relax in it and release and open up. Contrary I feel I protect myself from more ‘damage’ and close the heart.
And suddenly I realize why the Immortal took my breasts in his hands

Your method made me feel like a tubby old “queen” (gay man) … thanks alot. Quickly counteracted by applying same method to testicles. I think that the glands in women’s breasts must make this a very different experience.
That said, I did enjoy the images and feelings of your post (imagine appropriate smiley)

Contrary Chris, keep squeezing your nipples softly during the organ practice, it might surprise you…will help to open up your heart, do not ‘counteract’ but let them act together
Some things I am not willing to explain on this forum, you can ask my partner what I do with his nipples …. ask me in Glastonbury in September :))

Sometimes, before we start having sex, I want to squeeze his nipples very hard, no it is not a kinky thing… I sense it as a physical way of breaking through his armoured heart. If I sqeeuze hard it is obviously painful, pain is for some people a way to ‘feel’, (same reason why people cut in their arms etc)
and of course he starts to laugh as well because of it… you see this simple mechanism.
But it is just a trick, nothing more, if one is not prepared to let go his protection, and is not prepared to work on this it is nothing but a trick…Having sex without the heart involved is walking on one leg, and I prefer walking on two…
Hey Wendy, first I appreciate the teaching intention you are holding because it also frees up the space for deeply personal experiences of others. I am sure the women are lucky to have you shaping that chi field of yours to model.
I squeezed my nipples as an experiment and it is very disarming. The warmth around the chest brings my consciousness immediately down from the head to the heart fires. Might be a good technique to resort to on this board (: or even a good massage move given enough trust.
It makes perfect sense to me you would have these associations. Or women would. I am just not aware of the same circuitry when I reflect in.
I know Reflexology, where the whole is contained in a part, can be used on all parts of the body. Mantak broke the penis down into rings relating to the shen which is interesting to play with, so to speak.
The ears, the feet, the hands…etc. The breasts…of course. And the result is more self love and appreciation…wow… Barry

My view (usually shared as part of Healing Love) is that breasts in women are a second set of kidneys, and an “extra motor” that gives them more energy and longer life than men. Plus there is the wonderful alchemical interaction of the water/breasts and fire/heart that keeps steaming away, eventually becomes conscious.
For myself, I get erections in my nipples, they are wired into my kidneys as well. They just don’t have the same water element, so I have to bring that up….or eventually just tune into water element flowing through the heart, the unheated blood aspect.
Big question in my mind for long time was Why Do Men Have Nipples? if they aren’t ever going to breast feed.
Answer may be simple biology: the embryo is preparing for both the male and female option in the early stage, and by the time it decides to go male it just leaves the “unactivated option” in place. So that means there is still an energetic pathway that men con activate…..
