Hello all
I let my acupuncturist look at my condition according to the risks of hydrocortisone as Michal Winn told me. My immune system works fine for the moment and I will have it regularly checked by him. He said the same thing as michael that I had to stop it and not use it a long time, but as I also have been saying before it is a wery low dossage and then it will take quite a long time before it have a dammaging efect on the immune system.
The problem is the kidneys mostly and some stress in the nervous system casing the blood not to heat the body.
He couldn´t see that my hypothyroidism was better of by the treatment. Propably beacase of the kidneys.
I belive as hem that I need to streangthen the kidneys more also.

Well have read through all three books by Hsi Lai. More and more understund and like the white tigress practises. From a totaly theoretical point of wieu.
I wisited the accupunturist beacase he should help me with a litle fot wart, but it was gone. Probably beacase of the low dosage of hydrocortisone.

What do you mean by chart?
I have been to my acupuncturist and he had told me that my organs are quite well ballanced. But ok the kidneys bad. He says it is more a lack of general yang qi than a unbalance in the five elements. The nervous system is involved and I don´t think that is included in the five elements theory. But it mighh beacase this theory realy fits to most of the thing. Fascinating by its own.
