Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the history of bone breathing? When and where did this practice develop?
thanks, mike
I don’t know, but Ken Cohen speculates that many standing based practices and frolics come from past history as hunters which required one to stand still and walk barefoot for long periods of time. This would attune one to many inner and outer subtleties including bone energy dynamics.
I could see these practices arise at many different times and places in history.
