CALMNESS IN OUR LIVES
(PHOTO: Cabin with snow piled high on its roof, serene winter scene.)
I am passing this on to you because it definitely works, and we could all use a little more calmness in our lives. By following simple advice heard on the Dr. Phil show, you too can find inner peace. Dr Phil proclaimed, “The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started and have never finished.”
So, I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn’t finished, and before leaving the house this morning, I finished off a bottle of White Zinfandel, a bottle of Bailey’s Irish Cream, a package of Oreos, the remainder of my old Valium prescription, the rest of the cheesecake, some Doritos, and a box of chocolates, and a half bottle of scotch.
You have no idea how freaking good I feel right now.
Pass this on to those whom you think might be in need of inner peace.
Your Peace-loving neighbor,
The advice on completing things is great….just be aware that all “psychic baggage” is just unconscious in-completions. You can also complete something from the past by consciously letting it go….which is a good way to begin the New Year.
Creating NEW resolutions without clearing out the OLD crap is like trying to put a sweet layer of frosting on top of last years stale old cake.
To make the “letting go” powerful, it’s essential to consciously re-invest the chi from the past into what you most NEED to complete in your life in the present moment. Then your past baggage becomes a valuable resource and ally!
Love, peace, and blessings on your Way in the New Year (of the Rabbit, coming soon!)
