Hello I’m new at the forum. Just found it a few minutes ago while surfing around. I have a question to all of you at the forum. I have had a terrible health problem for a few years now and try my best to be better and I should be wery happy if some of you had any idea about which methods could have any effect to make me better.
I have been training the healing tao system since 1999 and are familiar with the basic exercises like the macrocosmic orbit, six helaing sounds, Iron shirt 1 the healing love methods and some more exercises like this and are now in a phase in my training when it’s more easy to learn new exercises as well. Today I do the exercises from Eric Yudelovs books “100 days to better health, good sex and long life” and “Taoist yoga and sexual energy” and exercises from Mantak Chias “Awaken healing light of the tao” and the beginning of “Taoist cosmic healing” and some hatha and Kundalini yoga as well.
I have tryed a lot of alternative medicin treatments and are now going to try some hormones to especially for low methabolism and some for adrenal fatigue.
Yes my problems are shortly. In 1999 I had a burned out like condition and was completely out of energy didn’t have any strength physically or mentally and coldn’t hardly do anytbing. I hadn’t even strength to do the funny things. In connection with this I had a symphtom that didn’t realy fit into the burned out condition. I was totaly frosen all over the body and couldnt sleep beacause I was so frosen. I had a room temperatur that was far away over normal and extra blankets and clothes and even a winter cap on my head but the only thing that happened was that I began to sweat and get more could because of that. It was extremely unpleasent more that i have the capability to describe to you.
today I’m much better and are studying again and on my way to finish a master of science degree. I’m capable of working at half time now.
In the year 2000 I had the oportunity to go a course in Sweden with Mantak Chia and I had already then been tryining the MC orbit from his first book. Actually my recovery started in connection with my first concious encounter with energy and this was quite dramatically. I was doing the deep breathing and it was recomended to do 100 concious deep breaths. For me it was even hard to do 10. I was blocket in the whole stomach region. After a while it was more easy but still hard. I wanted deeply to be able to finich 100 and pushed my self. One time after mounths of training I had counted to 90 and every more breath was extremly hard to do and I felt seek and there was a hard struggle in me, part of me wanted to stop and another wanted to continue. The ambivalence did get much more intence for each breath and I was sweating like hel… Suddenly I felt an explosion in my navel like a extremly hot burning rocket exploding there and I was wery dissy and on my way to faint, so I through myself on the sofa and was shooked and in the same time glad over what had happened. I couldn’t raise for hourse and was completely exhausted. But the best part of this was that after this accident I began to recover and about six mounths later I was working as a teacher at 25% time and on my way back!
I haden’t in mind to write so much when I started. It’s in the middle of the night and I should really go to sleep soon, but I find so much pleasure to write this to you so it just comes automatically.
Today I do the exercises at daily basis but live alone as a celibate so I do just solo cultivation. As I said I study at half rate and have a hard time to get enough energy to be able to manage. But I’m sure that I will find something that will help me.
Somebody having any idea of what to do to not be so extremly sencitive to cold and how to live to get more energy. This with my cold problem is really a pain in the as and I am wery pleased for any sugestions in general for ideas that possibly can help me. So please write if you have some ideas in your mind!

Just sharing my own experince. I used to have extrememly cold fingers, toes, hands feet, nose, ears etc when in even slightly cold weather. Now I’m rarely cold in any of those areas within reason and feel and look a lot better. one of the biggest things for me was to work with the kidneys.
Mr. Winn here has an excellent dvd that’s called sexual vitality which is kidney strengthing qiong. i would reccomend that you check that out and do especially the l – r earth pulsing / walking one and do it every single day for 15 minutes or so. There’s 25 forms on the disc, pick one or two you resonate with. Just start paying attention to how you feel, listen to yourself and you’ll find ways to feel better.
Just my suggestion from my own experince.
also if you have not tried out primordial it’s always a winner…

I dreamt that I was chatting at this site and I found an answer her in my own language Swedish. It was a link to another page where I could read about an exercise that was to balance on each leg find the structure and relax the shoulders for only two minutes a day. Intrestingly enough since I began this practice I often have got messages such as this dream of how to solve some problems in my training. The Iron shirt is also the part of the training I have must difficulties with and its first now i’m eager to do it regularly.
Your answer fits with this dream to thanks again.

February 11, 2006 at 5:12 am #10334wendyParticipantBeside training your food is important as well when your condition is so weak. It is a good idea to just eat and drink warm or warming ingredients. Cook your food, no raw food = cooling.
No added sugars, only natural sugars.And getting acids out of your body is wise as well, yet your condition must be strong enough before doing any real cleansing program. You should built up first and then starting with acid cleansing. Look for ‘wurzelkraft’ on the web, maybe they sell it in Sweden as well. It is a German product (Orgon products) which is a very strengthening mixture of plants, herbs, etc. Best to use it before using their herbal tea for acid cleansing. Otherwise you will suffer from too much muscle and joint cramps, feeling sick.

Yes I think food is important to and I have been much better to take care of this part in my life since my illness began. And I’m just now into to make some new recepies each week with vegetarian food, but I still eat meat as well. Before my illness I didn’t fairly eat any vegetables at all so this may be a big factor in making my illness in the first place.
This with accids in the body is someting I have been thinking of and I read about this teories with ph values in the body. I have a strong feeling that this might be important to me, but I havn’t yet follewed it up beacase the people I have consultet haven’t been thinking so much about this aspect. But I’m more and more into to follow what I’m self think is important for me and I think I will buy this product “wurzelkraft” and try it. Its sounds wery intresting and I think adequate as well especially to build up the energy I think its what it all about isn’t it.
And Wendy whats your special interests in this site?

February 11, 2006 at 12:26 pm #10338wendyParticipantFor your condition it is best to combine the salt and the wurzelkraft. If your condition is very weak just use the salt for your feet only, not the whole body at once. When you feel more strength you take whole body baths at least for 40 minutes in hot water. The salt has onyx, crystal and agate in it, which is very helpful for your cleansing (softens your skin as well, you get silky skin).
The salt is draining acids from your feet (skin). Use the water as hot as you can bare, it will strengthen your kidney 1 point as well. Btw if you are so cold, always use hot feet tubs and wool socks afterwards, to keep the kidney point warm. Even use electric heating blankets, not healthy for the electric resonance but you have to make choices.Use the wurzelkraft in its maximum dosis, for you possible 7 till 8 a day spoons will do it. You can eat it raw or use it on your food or in your soup. I don’t like the taste so much but it depends on the persons taste.
And don’t look at the price, it is not cheap but worth every cent of it.Use the tea only later when you feel better and start to have enough energy for a better cleansing.
They sell the base pills as well, to balance out the acids.
But start with salt and wurzelkraft. (btw You can use the salt for bruching your teeth as well, makes your gum healthy, but the taste is in my opinion)Eat warm soup daily, with miso, it will benefit your intestines, has a lot of minerals in it. Healthy intestines are necessary to withdraw enough vitamins and minerals from your food.

All this you write to me sounds wery right!
This with foot bath and the (bubbling spring?) K1 is interesting. I have been wondering about the relation with the bubbling spring and the Qigong practice. My problem with the Iron shirt has partly been that I don’t feel so much energy and have to focus alot to make the postures right so I have’t been training it much until now. I get some nasty cold feeling when meditating with the earth energy and I do it with care and with this I mean I just do this eart connection exercises for short periods of time. I have also introduced a new routine to do some Iron Shirt exercises each morning and is on my way to connect the breathing and energy practise to the postures. The iron shirt postures does make me more warm than cold and I feel I’m on my way to begin to like them more and more.
Yes I did first think that maybe it isnt so good for me to connect to much to the earth beacase I was afraid this could make me more cold. But today I think in the opposite direction that it is good beacase it strenghtens the tan tien and then it’s easier to connect to the warm forces from above and to have energy in the stomach also give you more physical strength. And if i understand this right so is the K1 point important beacase it regulates and help to fill the dan tien with energy. So to make this foot bath with hot water to sounds wery good to me. This perspective to clean and to get minerals from the skin is also an intresting idea I have heard about earlier but obviously not digested into my belifs sysem. So thats why they had this health baths earlier in time.
Today I also did some experiment with the sexual energy and moved it to the tan tien in the stomach instead of into the head. Maybe this will streangten the lower dan tien as well. I’m not shure. I feel like since I started this practice with Mantak Chia I often get advises from my dreams about wat to do with my training and with my life. Is this perhaps beacase of the rising of the energy to the head and streangtening of Shen?
This with heating blankets is one thing I have tried and it works wery bad for me. The most important part is that the rom temperature is high. An explanation to this might be that if you have a low metabolism it will regulate itself down even more if you use to much clouds or the heating blankets and then you will be even more sensitive to the air temperature and can get worsened feelings of cold. This I have read on the cold body page on the internet. I’m even into a method cald wilsons low thyroid syndrome that is a common syndrom with many sympthoms among them a cold body. This is now may main aproach to become better and I have been waiting for a year to get time to a doctor knowing this and also working witb some alternative medicin and homeopathics. Just know I’m waiting for a test of the adrenal glands which a “kinesolog (Swedish)” have found to not function properly. When I have done this test I will continue with either a conventional hyphothyrodism terapy and some hormones like DHEA and cortisol perhaps and otherwise the wilson syndrome treatment, I have a dr in Finland that will help me with this.
Yes I have been going to some alternative therapist for some years no but it hasn’t helped me so much in an concreate way so thats why I’m realy into this with hormon therapy. All this cost a lot of money and I don’t have plenty so the money is an issue for me. I handle it like this, each month I put away an particular amount of money that only goes to things that help me with my health. I’m inspired by the book “Money Love” by Ian Gillian. Then I try the treatments I belive in and continue until the money is gone. I usually try a treatment for six mounths and if I not feel enough effect then I stop and try the next one. Sometimes I do more than one thing at the same time but often I want to realy go for the one I belive in most. So right no I maybe not want to begin an expensive treatment until I have finished the ideas about this hormone thing. But I may begin with the salt and the miso soap and I have to see what the wurzelkraft should cost me to and then deside. But I will in a few mounths see if this hormon tretment will help me and if it not then I will try your sugestions i think. This is all about choises. To choose with your hart and not to bother about the amount of money spent.
The other day I was at an japanese restaurant and eat some misu soap and I felt that it did me wery good. Its funny you know this with money I have spent a lot on different medical treatments but the thing that have helped me the most is the things that was cheapest. To do mental training and relaxing exercises from bands and the qigong exercises and even garlic. Garlic in hot milk is the only thing that can make me warm again at night, after been wisiting someone that not has enough warm in theire rooms, then I nearly always have to eat garlic to have a chanse to be warm enough to be able to sleep.
Yes my intestines is a problem as well. The first person I wisited to help me was an local acupuncturist from China and he did say that my main problem was to low Yang chi in the functional channel and that my second problems was that my intestines was a litle bit weak. He wanted to treat the main problem first and the contiue with the intestines. I then went to an fythoteraphist and he said that the main problem was the intestines and that he thougt I had some parasites there. I have been thinking about this with my intestines and think its important to take care of them as well. Actually after the brake with the fythoterapist I tried a cure with intestine cleaning but it didnt work so well and a reason could be that I may have low methabolism and if so then isn’t the cleaning program working beacase then you get to hard stoles and not get a cleaning effect. This is actually the reason why started to investigate my methabolism on a deeper level than my ordinary dr had done.
My intestines are not so wery bad but are not functioning at there fullest Someimes I am hard and sometimes I have diarrhoea but for the most part the intestines isn’t a problem. But they are if I drink cofe then I’m always shore get a diarrhoea. Earlier for maybe two years ago I also had some hemoroids and problem with this and it did also be worse with cofe and especially chilli. But this isn’t a problem today. But sometimes i think more about the intestines beacase when yonger I didn’t have any healt problem at al except one year with quit proplematic gastric catarrh that I could connect to a difficult brake with my girlfriend. Today i also get warmer if I do the stomach massage that mantak chia is learning and I have tried this from time to time and it feels like it have a big effect on me. I had also a dream after my meating with Chia that he told me to massage the connecting tissue above my belly bottom. Beacase there was some blocking of the energys. This is something I can do more than I have done jet.
So misy soap is something I will buy as soon as poosible and it teaste great to.

Yes, as soon as you start to connect with your organs you invite them to communicate with ‘you’. The more you ‘talk’ – activate your organs the more they are willing to ‘help’ you, in your dreams and/or actions in life.
Cleansing your intestines is not a good idea when your body is weak, that is why it didn’t worked out so well before. Building up first, and very gentle cleansing is best. Ordering wurzelkraft in Germany is about 27 euro.
You can use products with clay in it as well, but be aware. Only combined products (with plants and herbs) are good for you.
Massage your belly daily.
Lay down on the floor and push your fingers or a small hard ball into your lower dantian and breath in and out strongly. Or lay back on your bed and massage 100 times with your fingers into the lower dantian, under your navel.
In the beginning painful, but proceed and pain will vanish within a few days. It will strenghten your small intestines.And don’t boil miso, if you do that it will loose its effect. Cook soup first, let it cool a bit, stirr a bit of miso with warm water (soup) and add it. Look on the web for the best miso for strenghtening, different types of miso available.
When your hormone system is effected you have a heavy path to walk. Hormonal system is very interesting and very complicated. It was one of my favorite classes during my nurse school, in my past life ๐ One I see as a main key to our health. Once you get trouble with that it takes a lot of effort to get it back in balance. Don’t feel down, you just choose an interesting and somewhat more difficult path.
Heat your bubbling spring and open your intestines, only when your physical body is warm start to meditate on your third eye and crown (hypofyse and hypothalamus = sorry in my language but guess you understand this) and relax (only a warm body can relax really).
Ask your shen to guide this process. If you feel okay with this, you start to meditate on your thyroid gland and thymus gland. Massage your diaphragma (blockages) and maybe you are able to find your way in your belly. Smile and relax.And if you go deep down into earth it is quite hot in there, so connect with that instead of the cool blue energy.

wurzelkraft for 27 euro how long do you think it will last? Just curious.
I had an experience yesterday with my practice. Just doing a littel bit of qigong warmupps I found I have gas in my stomach and started to massage it whilรฉ standing and then I felt energy in the bubbling spring so I continued for a while. Nice. I have tried some stomach massage before bedtime to.
When you speak about the tan tien massage you mean the first point under the navel point don’t you. And the breating is it fast breathing like fire breathing in kundalini yoga or is it just a little bit slower but hard and deep. Or is it just to experiment?
Yes I have been fortunate to not feel deprest during my illness I have grounded a deep belief that I will solve my problems sometime and have grounded some deep selfestime not affected by the situation. But this is not true of all the areas in my life. I haven’t wanted to have any relations or relation jet. And its only frustrating when being in love. But I think I feel stronger now and I can see some grate advatages also with a living without bothering to find someone else to live with but its not the right thing to do in the long run I think. Its quite difficule to have any ballance in your life living like this.
Do you think I have to change the way I train with this system. I develop myself for instans with the teachings in the book awaken healing light and will soon reach the level of working with the heavenly forces. I realy enjoy this slow development I have in the system. Do you think I can continue but just add the exercise you talking about and maybe do them on a dayly basis?

I’m sorry I don’t think I have come long enough in my understunding of this system to understund you. I haven’t realy jet began my fusion of the five elements practise, is the cold fusion practise included there? Then I wonder if the power draw is the same as the big draw?
