Thanks for your input steven. You seem one of the only ones on here really with a good HEALING TAO learning, official or otherwise who contributes to this forum to just about anybody on their own merit. You even spend time in your own hermit times away to advise folk on here of your thoughts, you really are to be commended. You truely are an asset to many people on here who try to better themselves. THANKYOU from lots of people.
Thanks also to wendy you have great insights too that have helped me lots. I have many questions for you later that might help me get my own practice.
On to the reply…
After some retention i even get a sore peepee hole because it is stretched with the strong ejaculation. But i have found more recently some of my channels are blocked and can be helped a large amount just because of how much i eat. If i keep my digestion to high efficency just by controlling what and how much i eat alot of the other problems are controlled. It makes me understand what many doctors say that 90% of illness is due to incorrect diet.
Healing sounds are still very important in my opinion, if i do them 2-3 times a day during regular activites while also doing the physical movements once a day for 4 reps each it can keep me progressing at a good rate. Recently i more strongly feel the 5 elements within myself and i just choose what healing sounds i do, but they are still have the strongest effect on my general life.
Thank you for your kind words, and I’m
glad to hear about your findings and progress.
We are all in it together.
