I need Help, please help me.

I will try to be as fast and as on point as possible.

I was celibate for a year, but the sexual energy merge with blockages in my body and past emotional issues, I was stubborn with the semen retention and ignore the signs that is hurting me. My body and organs feel super tense, I have depression, feel loss of willpower and am freaking out. I feel my personal power is super blocked and also my self expression.
