When you do the MCO is the energy circulating inside or outside your body? How about the belt channels? They have different effects and I just wondered what people did.
Thanks in advance.
The way I do it: MCO inside, belt channel outside
Ok, then i guess your bridge and regulator channels are inside too? do your belt channels overlap the inside MCO and bridge and regulator channels? Does the pressure equalise between the channels so they run a bit like a grid, or do u keep them seperate?
Depends on what type of microcosmic orbit you are doing.
If you are doing the classical orbit, it is orbiting inside the body just within the surface; if you are doing the Wudang orbit, then part is circulating within and part on the outside . . . both occur simulataneously as you mix the qi and blood with your jing to create an overall orbit flow.

same story, depends on how you do it
the most potent way is to have circulation on the inside and on the outside simultaneously . . . there are several different methods to this
