what does Michael Winn mean when he talks about internal breathing and that shallow physical breathing does not mean shallow movement of energy etc?
can someone elaborate or explain the internal breathing exercise? thanks
If you are taking my statement from the audio tapes, it is explained in depth. Where are you reading this?
The question is way too general, there are many types of breathing practice. And I doubt you could learn them from the internet, without a complete transcript.

i saw them in the desciption of the audio tapes. I would like to know a little bit more about them
That description is pretty extensive. I wonder if a few “how to” words will make a difference. Consider just ordering them. if not satisfied, just return them for full credit within the year.
