IMO: see how energy from earth reaches the top of head, the flow from head to tail and feet established.  It appears from his other videos that his power is expressed virtuously.  I submit this is because he practices top to tail flow, not accumulation at lower areas only, which can give trouble for self and in one’s relations with others (power struggles).  He does not talk about inner alchemy but it would be a fair bet he does plenty of allowing that inner coupling in standing, moving, sitting and lying down, ie all postures.
