Hello all
Today we started our group training.
I had my best iron shirt experience ever, in that sence that i did feel energy travelling up my spine to my brain. It started with a cramp in the leg, I focused into it and tried to feel the hurt, my leg started to chake and I had a real dificult time to keep on standing, I did, then my whole body wanted to chake, I let it chake a litle bit, we did the standing against a wall so I had to bend the knees quite alot to be able to get the lower back in against the wall. Trembling and hurt and a raisning of alot energy through my spine. The body realy wanted to jump and shake, but I just let i a litle beacase of the others in the group.
Nice to have someone guiding so that I could work though the pain.
It was exciting beacase I have just read about it before, the energy development in the iron shirt, this time it started to happen, good and nice, perhaps a new beginnong of that part of my exercises.

yesterday had a similar experience. I stood against a wall. Did some corrections and relaxations about 20. To be able to have the lower back against the wall, I have to bend the knees quite low. They did hurt again and it was like sitting on a Harley Davidsson, shaking and alot energy.
My goal was to first stand and then check the 20:s in order and after that breath ten abdominal breathing. I had to quite abuot seven times, hirt, pain, some diffuse bad feeling. At last I could mannage and my whole body was weat by sweat.
After that sitting in 8 brocades for one hour and a half. Did feel fine. Also sweating alot. Had to change clothes 3 times during this practise also.
Did the 20 checks for relaxation and breathing when going to bed. Usually such thing as breathing or relaxing helps me go into sleep. I was on my way and felt terrific by endorfines I guess, but couldn´t sleep until 5 ocklock in the morning.
Did wake at 10 travelled by bus and did 1 hour meditation. Was able to work from 12 to 19 with pauses for food walk and cofe (unfortunately). Meditation on way home and home for more qigong.
I was a litle bit concerned ower that I was able to work today. Normally I need much more sleep. Could be the cofe helping me partly, but not in the long run.
Why do I write this. I think the Iron Shirt experience with earth energy might be a part of the solution to my illness. I´m happy to regularly have the iron shirt in my program for the future.
I think there is an impalance beatwean yin and yang. I´m wery cold, as you know. There is dificulty with sleeping. Inbalances betwean fire and water. Working alot with kidneys in 8 brocades, and with fire, the heart, for the moment in the Yudeloves exercises.
I am unsertain if I should in the future weaks program also include the standing against the wall. It seems that when doing this my structure is much better compared with standing freely. Much beacase then I´m not able to got the spine as stright as when having it against the wall. Well time and experience will tell how to practise. Shore I want to invastigate into this increased flow of energy. And perhaps into a blockages, that seems to be pased by the energy. Thats way I believe the bad feeling and the difficulty continueing standing when the energy is starting to move.

However, always keep moderation in mind–anything to excess is bad.
Thus don’t do it out of habit or because you feel you should . . .
Do it only if it calls to you and it feels like it is right.Listen to your body. Listen to what it tells you.
It will guide you in the right direction as long as you listen
to what it really wants while not trying to force it to fit your idea.Working with both water and fire is the right approach–an imbalance
in one is an imbalance in both and can not be completely fixed with a
one-sided approach.Best,

8 brocades. Seems to work alot on kidneys, more water maybe??
Yudeloves book. Is a mixture of different exercises, perhaps that is a ballanceing way. Not shore.
I will add white tigress sexual exercises and meditative, but are they ballanced with concerned of fire and water. Havent heard that terminology in the white tigress description. Working with sexual energy is water, if I understund it right. But I guess the practise as such much have a ballanced aproach if it is following a lineage and if it is working.With regards
