Hello all,
I’m wondering if anyone can relate to the following observation: In recent months, I don’t remember when it started, I seem to experience some fundamental change in the way my life is unfolding. On the one hand, it seems like my inner-change process has speeded up and become more deliberate, so to speak. On the other hand, it seems like my outer circumstances have shifted toward greater flow and harmony. It’s as if, at a very deep level that which was stuck is starting to be unstuck. What I’m describing is quite subtle, but the feeling is there.
elephantI am having this also. Having an experience with other methods and meditations, a positive change is not new to me. However, with Qi Gong, it comes on many levels and sometimes it takes time even to notice them. That is why I am doing a journal. I find that connecting with earth and grounding to be either unique or rare in spirituality today. And in Qi Gong its inseparable part of the work. There is more to it, but its difficult to put in words. But yes, this is happening to me as well.
